Videocon D2H — Videcon D2H Cheated us with installing duplicate connectors and Lack of service

Dear Sir/Madam, We got a connection from Videcon DTH 8 months back, we got to know from there service representative itself, that the connectors were duplicate and the place of dish installation is wrong, hence the signal strength is very weak and 30 percent of the channels won't come at all as shown in the attached image. They are demanding 450 bucks for changing the location and extra amount for original connectors. But since the problem is from there side it is there responsibility to correct it. I'm calling them from more than a month now (aproximatelyy 50 times). Everyone tells they will ensure it will be corrected, but there will be no action. Sincere request to please take some action as I'm not the only customer who is facing this issue. Many people are facing this issue and the company is demanding money to rectify the problem they themselves committed. This has become revenue for Videocon and also for the cheating service guys.
