Nodal officer, mumai My vdocon d2h customer number 10166706. Every alternate day i face signal issue. Sometime it automatically fixed sometime engineer came charged rs.200/- per visit to fix it. I didnt know what is the real cause? But fedup with videocon service and really worst thing for selecting videocon d2h... No one is resposible fr quality.. Only they need 200 per visit. And convincing to customer abt this... This kind of service videocon provide as of today. As i talked to one of senior team lead ms. Kaur today. She is helpless as per videocon process. The engineer who visits only they to sell the new product and replace the old one. We even dont know old product is really damaged or not. After replacing the new equpment.. Sometime same earlier problem occurs.. And again the found other issues to sell rest of the part.. Hope any one responsible from videocon customercare services will look into this and take proper action. Saying to send executive and 200 charge per visit to fix signal issue.. Is oldone.
