Videocon D2H — VIdeocon D2H - inability to provide service to customer

Dear Sir,

I have raised WOID stating that "No signal" from my STB box by calling Customer care Number ( [protected]) on 16- DEC-2016.

While registering the complaint they informed me that it will be resolved within 4-5 days. Normally it will be within 24 hours, But Due to Cyclone, they said it will take 4-5 days.

I have Frequently Contacted customer care on 18th, 20th & 21 st, 23rd and 26th every time they wrongly guided me that your WOID will get resolved within today.

After 12 days also, My complaint is not resolved till now, even i didn't get any single call from Service Engineer .

I have sent mail to videcon Chennai nodal officer on 21st Dec-2016. but i didn't get any reply from him. contacting nodal office @ his number[protected] is very difficult as line is always busy only.

Please lets us know when it will get rectified.
