Videocon D2H — Videocon D2H Problem continued even after PCB changed by Videocon d2h engineer. Pathetic service by Videocon d2h.

My customer id no. Is 80163965. Vide work order no. 30612938 dated 21feb and work order 30724910 dated 25 feb, we complaint to d2h about on/off problem in TV(led TV; in built set top box). But no engineer visited to check the TV. Instead, they talked on telephone about the problem and said PCB(Motherboard) will be changed. PCB was not available in the d2h warehouse that time(as told by the engineer). Finally, on 12 mar 2015 the engineer changed the PCB for which they charged Rs. 3100. But the problem continued. D2h engineers visited many times but could not resolve the problem. Then Engineers of d2h took the t.v. to their service centre on 24.3.2015 and return it on 26.3.2015(evening) after repairing it. But, still there is on off problem though the frequency of problem has come down. Apart from that software update failed is new problem that is coming in the tv. Hundreds of call were made to the engineer in last 1 month, still they aren't able to resolve the problem. Furthermore, the representative of d2h who is handing the problem instead of finding solution to the problem, is finding faults in other things and us, and now he has started disconnecting our phone calls and has started shouting unnecessarily. How many days/months d2h/its representative/engineer will take to solve the problem, god knows ! Fed up with calling customer care, representative & engineers. We loosing our time, money(TV recharge), facing problem and still we customers are blammed. D2h Authorities pls do something. ALSO, CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT WHEN THE TV COULD NOT BE USED/D2H SERVICES COULD NOT BE USED DUE TO NON AVAILABITY OF PCB IN VIDEOCON WAREHOUSE, WHEN TV WAS FOR REPAIR IN SERVICE CENTRE ETC. CUSTOMER CARE ALWAYS SAYING WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR COMPLAINT.. WHAT TYPES OF SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY VIDEOCON D2H IF THEY CANNOT SOLVE AN ISSUE EVEN IN MORE THAN A MONTH..??? LATEST WORK ORDER IS[protected]DATED 4.4.2015) & COMPLAINT NO. IS[protected].4.2015). D2H AUTHORITIES URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITHIN 7 DAYS (TILL 15.04.2015) OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT REGARDING MY COMPLAINTS.
