Videocon D2H — waste customer care

I am using videocon DTH, It having problem (the signal will not come, only videocon logo will come), then we want to switch off and on the power, every time we want to do this, Regarding this i complain soo many time, but they not responding, 5 month before i complain to customer care, then one engineer came and told software should upgrade, i not bring the laptop, soo i come tomorrow, like this service engg told. afterwards they not came. then after 2 month i call to customer care regarding same issue, again another service engg came and check the antenna and setup box, after checking he told setup box having problem, soo u come to videocon service center with setup box and remote, we exchange new setup box and remote. after 2 weeks i went on 5.2.2015 to videocon service center with setup box and remote, again he update same setup box, and gave it to me, they told now setup box is fine. hereafter problem will not come they told. but still now problem not solved. again i call to customer care on 26.2.2015 at 1pm, regarding same problem, they told service engg come and replace the setup box, then i disconnect the call. after few hours the signal is lost, i cannot able to few any channel. soo i call to customer care and informed, then he told we cancel your account becoz of swaping of setup box. the service engg will come within today and change setup box. after half an hour service engg call me and told me, setup box out of stock, soo wait for 2 days, we change the new box like this service engg told me. i asked him why signal is not coming, he told i activate the account within 1 hour, but upto 10pm i not able to view any channel. for this i talk to supervisor also but no response. really videocon dth service really totally waste, no response, they close the call without solving the problem. waste of time...
