[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — With drawing the HD channels

Very often coming interaction with you due to the nuisance created by your team as you know I am the subscriber of your D2H services since the year 2015. Recently I was renewed my subscription with existing package, some problems created by your team and also it was resolved with your involvement.
Now I once again encountered with a new problem, suddenly my package HD channels disappeared from my TV and showing the error of insufficient balance. You know very well that I was recently recharged (June) and having sufficient balance in my account I was surprised to see and listen such a type of words from a reputation companies like Videocon. Immediately I was called to your call centre and people who are working there are unable to answer to my queries.
Kindly take suitable action those who are creating such type of nuisance and wasting valuable time me and yours, and resume my HD channels as per the package. Revert with your feed back immediately.

Dear Feroze, We would like to inform you that as a special case “South Gold Maxi PHD ADD-ON” has been activated for six month after that if you wish to continue the same then you will be charge Rs. 175/- per month for the same. Warm Regards, Videocon D2H
