Videocon D2H — Worst customer service, no one is attending the service request | |||
My customer id is[protected]Trivandrum, kerala). My videocon Set up box is not working and I have registered a complaint on 4th November. Since there is no response from them, I called again on 7th Novemeber early morning. The service executive assured that the case will be attended before 6 pm. But nobody came. I am not receiving any programmes for the last 1 week and still the amount is debited from my account for this period. And they are not bothered to service the complaint as I have money left in the account. Worst customer service and I would like to terminate the connection at the earliest and refund the money.
