Videocon D2H — Worst service and for everything money we have to pay

My Videocon D2H number is 55037258
"VIDEOCON D2H MEANS "---"PAY MONEY GET YOUR SERVICE”—“LOOT PEOPLE”
I gave number of complaints to Videocon D2H for no signal and cheat of engineer technician (without changing receiver engineer told it's changed to new receiver replaced) they were not solving and dragging it even after giving compliant they closing the complaint, but they take money for every visit.
Whenever it rains or about to rain immediately the videocon services will stop with error “SIGNAL NOT AVAILABLE”.If we lodge a complaint regarding they say we have to pay money 200.They wount rectify this problem after paying Rs200 as i did and again for every change in the weather same old story and we have to pay money .Means in rainy season we cant use Videocon d2h, holiday for them.
The time we started getting new channels and they are part of subscribed list, but they are not comming, when we call they said in 10 minutes it will resume as we sent signal, but it wount resume, after repeated calls they say the same old story, when i asked them to register a complaint they are saying we have to pay 200 for the technician to visit.When i asked why we have to pay money it was your fault, they said as per policies.I said i wount pay single rupees that was your fault, they said its either set up box problem/antenna problem.I said earlier when the technician came asked him to check set up box/antenna he said its fine and for every visit i am paying money.Then she said if you are not ready to pay money we have nice option regarding some scheme that is we need to pay money in advance of 700/600 and 1 year warranty and in that year any problem technician will visit and service free(cant understand how is it free as we are paying money in advance) which we utilized earlier and that year there was no complaint at all.I said i wount pay single rupee but still they are not ready to solve the issue and all they need is money.
I asked rep sravanthi to pass it on to your manager, then i spoke with manager Sravani the same old story rep/manager said and they dont know how to talk with customers except money.I said finall we want to disconnect she said yes you can disconnect.
Such a bad and worst experience we never had even with local service provider like Media vision.They give best service and far better than videocon d2h.
