Videocon D2H — worst service

I really do not understand how this videocon works. From past 2 weeks my d2h is not migrating to the new pack. I tried multiple time, i think more than 100 times. When i try updating, it say "your package is not migrated, due to some technical error. Please contact to customer care". Last week the customer care was not reachable, just 3 days back somehow i was able to reach the customer care. That guy registered a complaint (#[protected] about the same and also assured me it will be resolved with in 24 hours but there is no response so far. Yesterday again i called those guys they said try in mobile app, in that also i am finding the same error message. I have asked them if its not working then please return my money so that i can migrate to some other vendor. But they said they cant do that. I am clueless now. #videocond2h

For now Mera Wala plan is not working at all i think . They are still about to adhere to TRAI rule. I have tried many times but did not work. through website it does not work at all due to technical error..Only solution is Try their suggested "Combo packages" through D2h Infinity app only and submit it. after that tap on the refresh button. It will work immediately !

Customercare is helpless. They should be instructed to tell customers that Customer defined channels or so called Mera wala plan is being implemented properly by the the technical team. And by that time please try our own suggested combo packages.
