Since last 9 days struggling to see wanted channels despite paying additional amount of 900. Website, customercare, all the communication medium is down. Emails are getting bounced and no communication from videocon and seems they cheating customers and enjoying money as we are locked in this situation where we lost our money and also not able to see our liked marathi channels.
