Videocon D2H — Wrong account recharge

I would like to request you that on 12 October 2020, I was recharging my account, and unfortunately, that went to the wrong account, after contacting several times to customer service I did not get any reply back, so can you please follow up on this matter and resolve the matter. your help will be really appreciated.

my account number is[protected] and the wrong account was 4311080, amount recharged was 2100, the transaction was done online with a debit card.

Hope you will help me to resolve this issue.

upon calling your customer service they say that they do not have any complaint about this matter. I am really disappointed with the D2H services.

Its been 10 days, and i am keep calling you guys about my concern, sent an email 25 time, eventhough matter was not take seriously. I needs full amount refunded as soon as possible, now onwards i am not using D2H anymore.

• Bank name PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK
• Transaction / Reference ID ECOM[protected] AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD
• Mode of Payment ONLINE D2H WEB SITE, WITH DEBIT CARD
• Wrong Customer along with Payment screenshot to transfer the amount from wrong ID to correct ID

WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT RECHARGED WAS: from this account 43110880 To that account[protected].

I do not need it to be transferred. I need amount refund because from now onward I am not using D2H anymore. For your Knowledge this information i sent 25 times to let me know if you guys don't understand the English Language.

My id is[protected] but i have recharged on id[protected] of ruppee 250. So its our request to transfer the request of money.
