Its been 10 days, and i am keep calling you guys about my concern, sent an email 25 time, eventhough matter was not take seriously. I needs full amount refunded as soon as possible, now onwards i am not using D2H anymore.

• Transaction / Reference ID ECOM[protected] AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD
• Mode of Payment ONLINE D2H WEB SITE, WITH DEBIT CARD
• Wrong Customer along with Payment screenshot to transfer the amount from wrong ID to correct ID
WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT RECHARGED WAS: from this account 43110880 To that account[protected].
I do not need it to be transferred. I need amount refund because from now onward I am not using D2H anymore. For your Knowledge this information i sent 25 times to let me know if you guys don't understand the English Language.

I would like to request you that on 13 december 2020, I was recharging my account, and unfortunately, that went to the wrong account, after contacting several times to customer service I did not get any reply back, so can you please follow up on this matter and resolve the matter. your help will be really appreciated.
