I purchased a tv from your next showroom kothrud, opp. Sangam press pune. On diwali festival Tv model is videocon new product: liquid luminous led tv 32 inches & That time your sales people told me this offer very clearly…5 years warrantee + 1 year d2h all channel are Free (6 month hd channels & sd channels 1 year free) as per your offer from d2h company i received 6 Month free hd channel & sd channels. But next 6 month d2h company is not providing sd channel service!! Why? I paid all the charges as per your of tv cost + d2h offer installment charges. Where is your company authorized person?
