This to customer service they told me that you had upgraded your pack.but my complain is that as soon as I recharge my DTH that time itself I got less validity, it happen on regular basis I have to call for my exact validity. Customer care executive talks very roughly.I asked for complain no. They told me they can't. Why it is so.if I need a complaint no. Or reference no. For my query Why they are not ready to give.?
