Recharge done to 18745620 instead of account number[protected] . Kindly do the needful

Done via Videocon website from ICICI netbanking.
Rs.2580 .00 against 1 yesr subscription.
My account page showed 18745620 instead of[protected], Based on that I did a recharge but found after the payment that it has gone to some other person. I had called customer care immediately and the customer care representative asked to send a mail with screen shots which I did immediately. I have not got any response for the past 3 days .
Please route this complaint to the Videocon DTH company and help resolve and recredit in my account
