I have videocon dth connection and the dth stopped working 2 days ago.I raised a complaint and a guy came to fix that. There was no issues from our side and the guy said it happened because of some version up gradation. And then demanded 200 for service charges. Some 6 months ago i had faced similar problem where there was an issue from their side and that guy took 300 as service charges.When i denied to pay the charges the personsaid it will be deducted from my account when i will recharge. Why am i supposed to pay any charges when there is no fault of me. Is this their new way of extorting money from customer. Everytime anything will happen be it my fault or not i will have to pay. What kind of services are these. I am completely unsatisfied with this behavior of videocon.

I have already shared it with your team. But no action has been taken yet. And the service charges have already been deducted from my account. What kind of services are you trying to provide the customers. I mean if a user is recharging tv for 300rs and than 200 will ne deducted every 4-5 month or so for service charges and when the problem is at your end. I have only one word for this service PATHETIC.
