I had logged a complaint on 27th August, 2015 for AMC to my Washing machine which warranty had expired on 2 Sept. 2015. I called customer care on 30th August for follow up & he said complaint was cancelled because your cell was not reachable & door was locked but I had given the two mobile no. (one is my office no & one is my personal no.) & my family is living at my home 24*7. Also I had called to Service Center manager on [protected] 3 days continuously but he was always said engineer will come at your home but till yet no one has came to my home. No he is also not picking up my call.

DESPITE MY 2 EMAILED COMPLAINTS YOU HAVE NOT REPLIED OR SOLVED MY PROBLEM. YOUR ASI ASKING FOR 1 WEEK MORE FOR REPLACEMENT OF LED TV. ALREADY 8 DAYS LAPSED. PLEASE GIVE ME EXACT DATE WHEN MY LED TV WILL BE REPLACED. YOUR SUPPORT PERSONNEL ARE ONLY DIVERTING THE CALLS BUT NO ONE IS SINCERE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. UNNECESSARILY I AM ONLY THE SUFFERER AND YOU ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT MY SITUATION. PLEASE PLACE YOURSELF IN MY SHOES AND IMAGINE HOW YOU WOULD HAVE ACTED. ATLEAST THIS WILL OPEN YOUR EYES. 01/10/2015
