[Resolved]  Videocon India — gear box holding area damaged by service engineer

Three months back we given complaint to service centre of Videocon in Viajayawada such as using the semi-washing machine (Model No-6000 capacity 6Kgs) there some sound arise and immediately we stopped the power off and rectify the problem and repair it. They sent your service engineer after repeat of our remainders one fine morning and in spite of repair the machine they broke the gear box holding place and simple they said it is not possible to repair and if you want get repair it will be cost around INR 5000/- . Actually it is working condition machine but they break it beyond repairable. Please do justice other wise we approach consumer forum.
