[Resolved] Videocon India — Negligence on Complaint and Requesting to replace the product at the earliest. | |||
Hi, I had given a complaint of the product ''Videocon VT65C18'' by which I am facing numerous problems from the date of purchase and have been complaining the same repeatedly to you. With reference to your customer care I have been clarified that the product is still under warranty and can be replaced. I had requested for a replacement of the product as I am frustrated with the behaviour by your concerned department. The complaint which I had lodged 2 days earlier, is closed without any information from your end and you guys are asking for a feedback for the worst service given. I had spoken many times with your customer care and they are not at all concerned to listen full also and they say we have lodged a complaint and they will get back at the earliest. Post 24 hours without any visit I am getting feedback from your end. I request you to replace the same at the earliest. I don't need your concerned team which is not at all concerned about solving the problem once and for all visiting my place and having a check with the same and asking me to call them personally, if I face any issues again with the product and not to launch a complaint.
