Videocon India — NO cooling

I had bought this Videocon doubble door fridge on 26 Jan 2013. I will curse this day forever. Coz on this day i bought your useless fridge which does not cool or make ice. Your customer service says that the warranty has expired. ON WHAT?? " Sir 5 years warranty on compressor" is what they say . And what am i supposed to do with that 5 years warranty on a useless compressor which does not cool my fridge. Like a shameless creature they say that we shall charge you Rs.2000 for repairing and we can warranty that for 30 days. Do you mean to say that i need to spend 2K every month to cool my fridge. Its like spending 24K every year and more than 1 lakh in 5 years to keep my fridge cool. So by selling me a crap for 14 k you earn 1.25 lakh. Is it? I swear never to by any videocon product and would dissuade others from doing so. May your soul rot in crap!!!
