[Resolved]  Videocon India — Reluctance in providing service by SAGAR MP videocon service centre

Dear Sir, I am owner of Videocon AC since last 8 years. Presently there is some problem in cooling mechanism of AC. I have lodged complaint in videocon service center of Sagar MP on telephone number [protected]. The service center is inattentive to send the person to rectify the complaint. I am waiting for service man since last three days. Despite my several reminders no body has turned up so far. Please resolve the issue. With regards DR ANIL KHARE
