Sir, I purchased 3 split A/C on 29.12.2011 at JK home appliances - sholinghur. It was working well, one those A/C the remote sensor is not working. Please contact us to solve the issue. Make : Videocon Model No: VBS33 capacity: 1 Ton What will be the problem? What is the service charge?
