I have purchased a Tv on 14. 04.2014.It is working from that time but from 30th April it is not working.I have called to your service engineer.He came and was taking charge for repairing. But Tv is in warranty period.I can not understand that why is he taking charges for it under warranty period?My Tv model number is VPN21UH/UIA. My TV serial number is[protected].
