[Resolved]  Videocon India — Videocon semi automatic washing machine spin tub motor not working

Myself Ishan Shah from Navsari, Gujarat I have purchased semi automatic washing machine few months back from dealer named Nimesh Electricals in navsari. After some days its wash tub motor stopped working so on my complaint videocon service engineer visited and replace the motor. And now few days back spin tub motor has stopped working so i called to my dealer for the same and they sent service engineer to my home. Service engineer checked everything and told that Motor is burnt and need to be replaced, he also conveyed that he will come again and bring new motor and will replace it. Now almost a week passed and no one has came for repair so i again called up to dealer about the same and he gave me vague reply like it will take 15 days or even a month also. What kind of service is this..? Its really pathetic.
