I have raised a complain tha[protected] as my 40"led tv display gone wrong, customer care only answered once, sent his service guy per rs.900.00 per visit charge, and after that there is not a single response from them, the service guy said if the ic is not available the tv will be replaced with new one. But when we asked customer care about it, they said we know nothing about it, and the only response i have got is" we are looking into it". I kept on calling them and writing emails to the videocon customer care but all they have said is" sorry for inconvenience, and we are looking into it". It is been so many days since i have raised the complain, yet no action has taken. I even said them that if they wont repair the tv and take action immediately i will publish it on social media, they still didn't bother, and provided the same reply. Below is the mail trail

But all the time i get a reply saying" we are looking into the issue." now it is been so many days still no response whether the parts of the tv is going to be replaced or tv is going to be replaced, or what is the action that needs to be taken. No one called us or no one gave any update. I am writing you as a last warning, our tv was under 3 year warranty, if this is the time you guys take to only give us this kind of repy and no action at all, then i am going to file a consumer case against videocon, not just consumer case but this reviews in all social media and e-commerce site where company trying to sell its product. So this is the last and very last request, please take action immediately on the complain tha[protected].

After that the engineer said it will take time for parts delivery, then he asked us to give money for delivery charges, we denied as our tv is in warranty. I am not sure what kind of engineer you guys have, and what kind of customer care is there who doesn't have update what their engineer doing in with the customer. Even though we have warranty, now the engineer is saying that the parts are not available, so your tv will be replaced with new one but you have to pay money. I am not getting what kind of joke these are. If the company is playing tricks with us, then i am warning you guys, that i will go ahead and lodge a consumer case first and then put all these reviews of giving fake warranty and fake engineer for servicing on every e-commerce site where company is selling it's product. If you guys are thinking that you guys will trick us selling any fake thing then your company is going to pay for that. So i am hoping i will see immediate action from your side to solve the issue this week itself.
