[Resolved] Videocon Industries — AC coil was blasted by service engineers | |||
Hi, I have registered ac problem with videocon gur[protected] and service engineer visited my home. During service (Gas filling) there was a huge blast and engineer told us that everything is fine. They charged for the service, gas and went back.ac worked for an hour and there was no cooling after that. We we called service engineer back, they confirmed that the coil is leaked and we need to pay for that. Thiis clearly shows that the leakage caused due to unprofessional handling during the service. Now no one is supporting including the local vendor and area service manager mr rajiv. Pathetic service and support from videocon, stay away from them. Your servicemens taken tv fourth time to repaire but they cant resolved display and sound problem .now I am going to consumer forum to complaint to replace tv .if you have some respect of customer take right action on this issue .thank you !
