Videocon Industries — account having balance but few channels missing

My customer id is[protected], i recharged my account last month 9th with 246 and my account balance is 286. But today on words i last few channels (Maa tv, etv..), already i have time for this month 17th. Not only this month last two three times this type situation was happens. After recharge the account not activate immediately it need 3-5 hrs time and customer team not respond properly, irresponsible of d2h team. Herewith i am attaching last month recharged proof find it.
