      Sir i got a message from service provider that recharge of 48 and u got 1gb data and 10 balance after recharging i got data balance but they not provide main balance and after complaining to the customer they didnt provide me balance and told me that u r not received a msg but i gott offerable msg sir.

          Delivery of the fridge is on 02/07/2015 purchased from you Pune rly.station rd.branch.Payment made on 27/06/15 by credit card.There are 2 small punch marks on the body of the fridge perhaps during delivery.2 times Videocon mechanic paid a visit & assured that it will be brought to the notice of the co.The main issue is regarding that items kept in the fridge gets wet, and water seepage problem is apparently seen.I have not got any satisfactory reply even after 1 1/2 months.Is the piece defective? I would thank you to depute some expert engineer to thoroughly check it at the earliest.

            I ordered the mobile handset VIDEOCON INFINIUM Z40 LITE + ANDROID SMART videocon on 02.08.2015 which was delivered to me after 2 days vide order no. [protected]. But the said handset started creating problems just after two weeks. First, the display of the said mobile shows disturbances on the screen in on situation . This problem is growing day by day. Secondly, the charger of the said mobile set also stopped working after proper working of one week. Moreover, I was not supplied invoice bill separately from shop cj except the pasted invoice on the box.

                I bought a videocon mobile model z50quad imei number [protected] whose screen was damaged as i opened the new sealed packet and also had heating problem, as i gave my phone to service center they are asking for 20 25 days to repair even more .i needed this phone thats why i bought it now i have to wait for a month to get it .The quality of the built is also questionable as how long it will work .if this type of quality and service goes on videocon cannot sustain this market for long .Any type of help will be highly anticipated.

                  Respected Sir/Madam, I recharge my with 147/- on 29 june, 2015; and provided date o[censored]se data pack till 10 aug 2015, But this plan deactivate before due date. And i lose 750 mb data unused. I talked to customer care executive also. But he didnt response me well. He promise to call again after collecting necessary information. From 3 days, i m waiting for call. No rply from him. Resolve my Complaint.

                    Hi Sir/Madam,

                    This is to inform you on behalf of Mrs. Kabita Roy Choudhury (owner of the Mobile handset) that we ordered 1 Videocon Smart Mobile phone online from Shop CJ on 23/07/2015 (Invoice no[protected]..Order no- [protected]..Docket no[protected] which got delivered to our address on 27/07/2015. When we received this handset we tried to install the applications in our handset so that we could use the handset. While installing the applications we found those applications were getting transferred to phone memory by default and the space was too less due to which it was not allowing us to proceed further. Hence we changed the pattern from Phone Memory to Memory Card as one 8 GB Memory Card was already inserted to that phone. But still there is no joy as we are getting the Pop up message mentioning that phone memory is too less, which is completely wrong.

                    As this is DOA (Dead on Arrival) we tried to contact Videocon Customer Care and got through to one of the Executives who tried to troubleshoot but failed to resolve my problem. Then we were advised us to contact Shop CJ to get a proper resolution. Hence we contacted them but got no resolution and we were roaming from post to pillars as we were advised to visit the Videocon Authorized Centre. Please check the details of the Centre -- Sree krishna service center (videocon authorised service center)..29C Bentinck Street..Ground floor..Room 7..Kolkata. Even we didn't get any resolution from the service centre and we asked them to replace the handset or give our money back. Service Centre Executive advised me that I need to contact Shop CJ to get the DOA letter so that they can either replace it or reimburse the money for the Mobile handset. Again we contacted Shop CJ over the phone but they refused to issue DOA.

                    Finally we contacted Videocon customer care, told them all the issues and got this matter escalated to Videocon Kolkata Head Mr. Rajendra Prasad (rajendra.[protected]@vmhd.in) who wasn't professional enough to handle this matter and was asking for our personal contact number in this regards which I find quite irritating and intolerable.

                    This is an earnest request kindly look into this matter and take this matter seriously as the behaviuor and service of Videocon isn't good and ludacris. Please help us in getting the money back as we don't want to continue the service with a lame company like Videocon.

                      Hi, My KenStar AC which I bought in the month of April 2015 got defected in July 2015. After that 15 Days back, I registered a complaint for repair on[protected] and reminder after one week but it's been over 15 days and no one has turned up to repair the AC. After summers, the usage of AC will be very little and after that next year I will not be getting any after sale service as it is under only One year warranty. I dont understand what to do know.                         I have purchased videocon freez on 24 - april 2012.
                        Now it is not working. I have complained on their no [protected] on
                        [protected] with co no - jab[protected] then they replaced comressor and charged me 1249 ₹ but freez doesn't work then again i complained on[protected] with co no jab[protected] but now they are not responding. Compressor is under warranty. Please do something. . .
