I recharged my videocon d2h with 181 ruppes for a month but now i am not able to view my subscribed channels. When contacted their phone numbers they said the same information about the recharge and it's expiration date but tv is showing my expiration date as 2 months and may be due to this some channels are not showing up. Even they are not responding calls....

These videocon d2h people are calling from multiple phone numbers with unecessary details and advertisement. Even if we block few numbers these shameless people get new numbers and repeatedly harass.

This is very unprofessional in these testing times and really frustrating.

There are 2 issues
1. Customer care calls activate some Channel, you call repetitively for discontinuation, it will not happen & you simple keep on paying without using the services;
2. Issue of no Service, atleast every year & you end up paying 200 for the service visit, which takes 2-3 days, but the billing would continue

These both are definitely deficiency in service
