Dear sir/madam,

My videocon d2h customer id is 70853958. I do recharge of rs. 647 everymonth. But whenever i recharge my operator deducts rs. 74 every time i recharge from my balance. This is happening since october-2019. Whenever i called customer care they say this is due to auto credit option is enabled. But i never said them to enable auto credit option. Also once i told them to disable this option. This is happened 7-8 times. Due to covid-19 crisis i removed few channels from my channel list from the beginning of april'2020, now i paid rs. 483 for a month but the auto credit option still happened this month again.
I called customer care to register complaint but representative refused to register my complaint.

Please inform operator to refund the amount for auto deduction and 2000 for harassment done by customer care and take strong action against operator.

          I have been using videocon d2h connection for some time. Earlier they had a great feature called mosaic pip whereby it acted like a menu and allowed me to quickly jump to a channel of my choice. I could pick the category from various sub groups like music, english movies, hindi, lifestyle, regional then within regional various languages and so on.

          Recently they upgraded the software and now i have only 8 items to choose from and many of the earlier menu options have been removed.

          In addition i had a very disappointing experience with customer care. The representative said the mosaiv has been totally removed, then he said only 5 options are there then he fumbled. When i insisted that i want to talk to their superior, he kept on keeping me on hold for extended duration and kept on telling me that no one is available. Finally after a long wait i got a chance to speak to the senior.

          I would like to see all menu options under mosaic pip so that the interface is more usefrindly. Many of the competitors of d2h like tata sky have implemented far better menus. I don't understand why d2h has even removed what it earlier offered and there's no alternative.

          The representative said if i want to know a particular channel number i can call customer care and they will let me know the number. How ridiculous!!

                जब मैने रिचार्ज किया तो मुझे 16 दिन की वैधता मिली ।
                मैने 14/04/2020 को रिचार्ज किया जिसकी वैधता 30/04/2020 की है ।
                मुझे 30 दिन की वैधता दिखा कर 16दिन की वैधता दी
                मुझे ऐसा लग रहा है कि मुझे ठगा गया है

                    I recharged my videocon d2h with 181 ruppes for a month but now i am not able to view my subscribed channels. When contacted their phone numbers they said the same information about the recharge and it's expiration date but tv is showing my expiration date as 2 months and may be due to this some channels are not showing up. Even they are not responding calls.

                      These videocon d2h people are calling from multiple phone numbers with unecessary details and advertisement. Even if we block few numbers these shameless people get new numbers and repeatedly harass.

                      This is very unprofessional in these testing times and really frustrating.

                        I am not able to remove channel no. 214 from my pack
                        I tried many time to remove this channel from my pack but there application showing that they updated my pack and also taking charge for updation, but they not remove that channel, i dont want to waste my money for channel i don't want to see, please remove channel number 214 as early as possible,

                            Inspite of several complaint raised through d2h website not responded,
                            Also the customer care contact not responding,
                            Amount is deducted but channels are not adding, unable to view any programme.

                            Please look into the matter as an urgent.

                            I have recharge my d2h account for rs 300/- on 15th april 2020, my balance was 306/- on that date.
                            I checked my account and found that my subscribed channels are not coming. When i am adding my chanels, my account has been deducted multiple times but the channel not coming, my account was reduced by rs 136/- in a single day.
                            When i am contacting customer care, they ignoring any solution for me also told me that they will not do anything due to gps problem during lockdown.
                            I have been suffered a lot as i am unable to view my channels, also my monthly charges with extra amount deducted every day.
                            The d2h website and it's app / sms services for the same is not working to update my monthly package.
                            The worst d2h service i am troubling with this company.
                            Lastly the customer care call centre not attending not lodge complaint for redressal of same.
                            Neither they took up the calls, they are just befooling the customer that they are working from home during covid19 lockdown.
                            The govt in the recent order has permitted the cable operators to work and open offices from 20th april but today also they are not responding.
                            I would like to draw attention that this d2h company is worst with it's fraudulent team who only fooling their customers and doing fraudulent deductions.

                                Yesterday I accidentally recharged d2h on mobile number [protected] via Paytm. This payment was supposed to be done on some other operator. The payment amount was 1450/- and my reference number is ARMN45452874.

                                Kindly refund the money as early as possible.

                                    There are 2 issues
                                    1. Customer care calls activate some Channel, you call repetitively for discontinuation, it will not happen & you simple keep on paying without using the services;
                                    2. Issue of no Service, atleast every year & you end up paying 200 for the service visit, which takes 2-3 days, but the billing would continue

                                    These both are definitely deficiency in service

                                    Presently my system under "no service" since 15th April, unable to get connected to anyone due to Covid situation and standard mail reply coming without any resolutions, as limited staff is working, BUT Billing Meter is on
