I had purchase Videocon Refrigerator (double door) on dated 19/05/2013 Model No.VAL244BB-BLK-CRE, from M/s Snehanjali Retail Pvt Ltd,After two days I have found sweating coming from the corner of the fridge door, then I registered a complaint at Videocon customer care, next day service engineer (Mr. Chetan Tailor) visited my house, I explained him the above mention complaint, within 5 minutes he checked the refrigerator, I was shocked when he told me that this sweating comes normally and it will come more in a rainny season, which is not acceptable, then I asked him to give
me your supervisor number Mr Agnel [protected], I had called and inform about the complaint, then he also told me that sweating comes normally and you have to Clean every day, I had an argument with him and finally he agreed to replace the refrigerator, since I have no trust in Videocon brand, I
requested him for refund, but he told me that there is no provision for refund.
On the same day I visited the Snehanjali store and met Mr Prakash who is the Manager of the Store,and explained him the above complaint, he suggest me to speak with Videocon people, for my complaint I am constantly taking & follow up with your customer care, service centre, dealer, company & junior
& senior officials. But result is zero.
