videocon mobile phone — For Replace Battery & Handsfree

Dear Sir,
My Self Rahul Sindhu I Buy a Videocon V1616 (model no.) IMEI No. [protected] Handset From Shahdara Big Bazar on 21/04/2011.from the very same day handfree is not working properly & battery is not getting charge properly. I have Give my Battery & Handfree to your service center but after 20 days they are not given me any status of my mobile. so please i request you please accept my complaine and solve it as soon as possible.

    Mine videocon no. [protected]. I used to do ISD calls frequently so i added the gulf rate cutter of rs 27. But the Gulf rate per min should come to rs 7 per min but they have deducted rs 12 per min.I keep on trying for customer care (198) but they cut the calls in between. No customer care center in trichy.

    I want my money to be refunded. No one ready to hear our grievances,

      I am mohamed ismayil from tiruchirappalli. I tried to contact the videocon consumer care last three days, but it always busy. My one month plan is expired on[protected], but i have recharged my account early on[protected]. The expiry day not extended, but the sms shows the local-videocon 60 min and local videocon-other mobile 60 min.
      I think you want to grow more and more.

        Dear Sir,

        I purchased videocon sim for internet use purpose. but i was unable to contact them on customer care & 198 compkaint no for three consecutive days . always number busy message show while calling on above number. If by chance call connected then again message shows all executives are busy and call get disconnected within a second.
        If they are not able to provide customer support effectively then why such operator should permitted to do business in our country. Pls stop the other customers cheating by videocon.
        Always unable to contact their customer care and 198 complaint number. pls stop their business in mumbai at-least.

          In this company there is no customer care service for its users(consumers) because,
          I am & many its consumers calls are not answered in helpline no 121 & 198 and no reply is given to its customers in Email,
          and when i approached a local shop who recharge for its service accepted that "no service is there in this company''
          and balance is deducted for Non demanded service

            Iam having vediocon prepaid sim no - [protected] for which Rs.395.00 has been recharged this month of dec'2011, From yesterday (26.12.2011) without any reason service provider has barred my incoming & out going calls, I have tried the customer care (198,121) "N" number of time but the reply is " The V-help customer executive is currently busy". Today morning(27.12.2011), I spoke to grievance cell ([protected]) two times but the customer executive says " system is slow we can't able to get the data of yours". I had written a mail to their customer service at [protected]@vediocon.com mentioning the above statement.They simply replied me that your address proof is negative. Since I have been using the sim past six months & above. Since i receive all official call to this number I am really got up set. If they would rejected my application before getting the sim card. It would be much better.Please help me in this regards.

              on 24/12/2011 I receive the message from V-Live at 11:30am saying "Thank You for subscribing for caller tune" and Rs.60/- was deducted from my account.My previous balance is Rs.72 But after this message my balance was Rs.12. However, I did NOT made any call nor sent any SMS to subscribe for caller tune. So, after receiving this message, I called 198 for complain about my wrong deduction. A Videocon customer care executive told me that you will get your refund amount within 48 hour but after 48 hour i try to call customer care No. but my call was not connected. I have not get any solution from Them. MY number is [protected]. I requested to you please refund my wrong deduction amount on my account.

                VIDEOCON SATELLITE TV — TV NOT WORKING PROPERLY

                I HAVE PURCHASED A VIDEOCON LCD TV. IT STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO. ABOUT WHICH I HAVE COMPLAINED NUMBER OF TIME. ENGINEERS VISITED TWICE. BUT THEY NEVER CAME AGAIN, NEVER RECEIVED MY PHONE AGAIN. EVEN AFTER THAT I HAVE POSTED MY COMPLAINTS ON CUSTOMER CARE,BUT I HAVE GOT NOTHING BUT ASSURANCE.                 Pathetic product and Pathetic Customer Service

                We bought Videocon Sattelite LCD worth rupees 27500 in Dec 2009.
                This TV worked properly till one Year.but in the 14th month there was small patch in the center of dispay where the colur was fading away.we lodged a Compalint regarding it.But when thetechnicians they visite the patch was not there.As this patch use to On and OFF.So tehy left without any resolution.We again lodged a complaint for it again the same.Now instead of a fade patch there is BLACK dark patch in the same position with 2-3 colored linings.
                We have lodged a compain several time and there is pathetic response from Customer service.Since 2 montsh they are telling that some part need to be replaced and that part is not available.On 18th sep 2011 the technicans visted our home and they tried changing some pannel which they thought could be a problem but it didnt help.Now they are telling that complete panel needs to be changed which will cost us arount 20K.I was so shocked to hera this resolution.we just paid off the EMI's of this tV some months ago and now our complete money all in VAIN.I need Justice from VIDEOCON.Please replace this part for free or give me proper resolution.

                  I have a fully automatic washing machine from video con ,when i shifted my house i called up the video con customer care for a service to fix my machine and for a servicing as it was 4 years for the machine and had a small noise while running. my first complaint number was BAN [protected] they told me that Mr.MR kumar from R T nagar will come to do the servicing.he came with one more person to my house venkatesh [protected] ,who first told that some electronic item and charged Rs 2500 . then after the replacement they said its jammed and burnt centre part of the machine telling that its only way of removing and once they get the new part they repair it.till date they have never turned back and nobody has turned back.this happened on 21/10/2011.and today it is 23/12/2011 after this incident i have called the customer care not less then 10 times they gave me different complaint numbers BAN [protected] .but no one came .when ever i used to call this Mr venkatesh he never used to pick up my call.i request the video con washing machine customer care to bar the licence of such service stations then only they can keep their name i the market.a trusted customer getting cheated by the company service station it self is a shame on the company image and branding.i want the company to get my washing machine repaird or replaced for the pain i have taken for calling the company guys for service. the company can reach me for review @[protected]

                    I had purchased a videocon mobile set(V1602 model) --- the set was of poor quality and videocon given approval for replacement with a new one.

                    Big Bazar -Guwahat received the defective set with official documents from undersigned on 16.11.2011.

                    New hand set of videocon not available and when asked for similar telephone of Nokia make that is aslo not available. They are insisting on some otherr brand like Fly , Alcatel set or Touch screen set of higher value.

                    The case is pending as on date.

                    If any help can be extended from your end it will help .Could not find any site to lodge directly to Bigbazar.

                    Videocon — Replacement defective mobile set

                    Dear Sirs,

                    I purchased Videocon- V 1402 mobile set from M/S Poorvika Mobile Private Limited, Netaji Road, Madurai on 3/09/2010. The set is found defective from the 1st day of purchase.

                    The problems I faced with the set are as follows.

                    1. The cell initially did not hold battery charge even for a single day. I handed over the set to Service Dealer M/s Access Point at Ramanathapuram and he tried for two days but in vain, problem has not been solved and I had to go to Madurai to request M/S Poorvika Mobile Private Limited, Madurai to replace the set, but they advised me to show the set to the Madurai Service Centre. I had done accordingly and the problem has been solved partially.

                    2. The next problem was that the conversation was cut within a few seconds of the starting of the call. The set was again handed over to the Service Dealer M/s Access Point, Ramanathapuram and again I had waited for the rectification of the set for two days; there by I was deprived of the communication facility frequently in this era of information. You can understand the state of my mental agony due to frequent cut of the communication facility.

                    3. The next problem is that the set does not show the call history of SIM 1 very often, which lead to delay in making calls to the number which were already used. This problem was not attended properly by the Ramanathapuram Service Dealer and still persists.

                    4. Now the cell always shows “insert SIM 2” and as such the SIM 2 is not at all functioning. I showed it to the Ramanathapuram Service Dealer and to my utter dismay they reported that oil has seeped inside the set. How the oil will seep inside the mobile set? It is simply a software problem. Again I called the M/S Poorvika Mobile Private Limited, Madurai to enquire whether it was possible for them to replace the set as I had frequent complaints but they expressed their inability.

                    Then I contacted Videocon Customer Care Centre No. [protected] on 27-05-11 at about 3.45 P.M. and narrated my anguish to the three responders and one of the responder has finally advised to contact M/S Poorvika Mobile Private Limited, Madurai. Accordingly, I immediately contacted them and explained them the series of action I have done so far to rectify the problems. They initially told me to contact the Madurai Service Centre, but I refused to heed them as I will have the same problems after visiting Madurai Service Centre also and finally they agreed to replace the set and I informed them that I will visit them on 02-06-11.
                    Accordingly I went to M/S Poorvika Mobile Private Limited Madurai on 02-06-11, but they requested me to hand over the set to them, but I refused to do so as I will again face the problem of communication.
                    In the meanwhile, after a series of emails and phone calls one of the consumer care representative has called me on[protected] and I narrated my problems. At the end of the talk, the representative has assured me that she will contact me very soon after consulting her higher ups regarding my case, but I have not yet received any calls from them.
                    Hence I request you to look in to this lingering issue and do the needful

In this regard the cunsumer had complained four times at the custome care whose reference is .......... 1. No. BLY [protected], 2. No. BLY [protected], 3. No. BLY [protected] and 4. No. BLY [protected].
                      Till now the consumer do not have any response from the customer care service. In this regard no way is left except to move to the consumer court.
                      Through The Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, I would like to convey my message to the concerned authorities to see the matter positively.

                        The authorised dealer refused to repair the brand new videocon v6200, which i bought through the newspaper advertisement,.. it didn't work ever,.....
                        always show the insert sim with vodafone and mtnl sim , but work fine with airtel and aircel,.. i went to authorised dealer claiming warranty he refused to repair under warranty showing a scratch sign on the body,.....and demanded for Rs. 800-1000 for non-warranty repair(replacing the sim tray as he told me),... i sent a mail regarding this to videocon support at @ ..... [protected]@udcl.in but no reply...... So, that's my case....

                          I AM REGRET TO SAY THAT MY ABOVE MENTIONED PURCHASED PRODUCT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE 20.09.11 & I MADE A COMPLAINT AT CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE OF VIDEOCON AT SERAMPORE(PH NO.: [protected]) ON 27.09.11. AFTER SEVERAL QUERIES FROM MY END IT WAS SAID BY VIDEOCON REPRESENTATIVES THAT PARTS WAS NOT AVAILABLE & MY PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED BY NEW ONE AS IT IS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD OF 1 YEAR. BUT I AM REGRET TO SAY THAT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY FEEDBACK TILL DATE FROM VIDEOCON AUTHORITY. 2 & 1/2 MONTHS HAVE GONE FROM MY COMPLAIN DATE BUT ANY SOLUTION IS YET TO RECIEVE.

                          VIDEOCON/MICROWAVE — HARRASMENT

                          after so many calls and complains they have not yet done anything to replace or do the needful. Shall i file a legal suit?

                          Videocon — micro oven not getting replaced in warranty period

                          We have bought the Kenstar micro oven 25ltrs. Now the coil and body has been burned within 1 week. We have launched a complain against this issue on 30th october but nothing has been dealt with yet. Its been more than 1 month.

                          The quality of service is very bad and no action is being taken on behalf of our complain.

                          Videocon Microwave — not repairing my microwave

                          i have a microwave of videocon and from last 2 months the technicians of videocon are going on delaying by saying that we are not getting the lock of your model. i am so bloody pissed of by this company`s microwave .i feel like i have wasted my money.if please any one can help me for this problem.the whole season of occasions have gone but yet my microwave hasn`t been repaired.

                          hi, i m dr arvind baweja,have bought two microwave oven of vediocon company for 17000/- from digiword hanumangarh (rajasthan) and got a scratch by scratching that card i won 2night n 3 days holiday package .to get claim of this i have to fullfill some formalities like send a draft of 500/- along with the form which they provide to get claim. i sent that form along with draft at given address in their given time but after 2 months gone there is no response from their side .I want some response if they are not claiming my gift wannna know the reason. giving the detail of coupon-

                          Videocon Microwave — Microwave under warranty stopped working

                          I have purchased a videocon Micro wave which is under warrenty period and has stopped working. I registered a complaint with videocon service center on 5th of september. and till date there is no call back or engineer visit at my home. The customer care executives are not at all trained and doesnt know how to talk to customers. This add to the frustration.They assure you that our issue will get resolved in 24 hours and it has been 12 days there is no progress to the case registered. I suggest all consumers to think twice before buying any videocon product.

                            We had purchase a videocon Washing machine from Videocon authorised dealer in 2006 and now its washer timer is not working. firstly we had registered complaint at district headquarter and one service man came to our home but didn't checked due to the unavailability of electricity and then did not respond to us and when we called after 15 days they said there is a big fault in the machine and cant repaired at home so bring the machine to service centre. And now our washing machine is at state headquarter service centre since September of this year and hadn't got any response from them. And whenever we call them to know they only said k it ll take two more days but there two days are not yet completing.....regarding this we had also complaint to the main service centre but all in vain.......
                            we are tired of all this now...........please help us out..........i shall be highly thankful to you...........

                              Sir i have purchased a Videocon mobile handset V1688 vide b.no. 18570 dated 04.09.2011. After some time my mobile had some techinical proble like no incoming , video problem etc. i visited videocon's service center named Accel Care Center where i discussed my problem to Mrs. Nisha and give my handset for warranty repair as it is in wtty. period, they gave me customer acknowledgement No. mho-vg[protected]dw and mho-vg[protected]dw dated 24.11.2011. after that day i have called Mrs. Nisha many time and the reply is always unsatisfactory and till date i have not received my handset back after repair. I am very upset and worried about my mobile phone as i am facing lots of problem without my handset. Please do the needful for solve my problem or tell me the process to take new hand set in place of my old hand set as if it is found un-repairable and under warranty.

                              Main Manish Telecom Multani Dhanda Delhi par apna mobile repair karne kay liye 1/12/2010 ko submit kiya tha. aaj 18/12/2010 tak Iske baare main koi bhi jaankari nahi hai. Videocon kay customer care main phone karne par unhone bataya ki manish telecom kay pass mobile 13/12/2010 ko bhaje diya. manish telecom ko phone karke pata kiya to unka kahna hai ki 20/12/2010 ko phone kar kay pata karna. 18 din hone ki baad bhi phone ka koi pata nahin hai.

                              Videocon Mobile — Unsatisfactory Response

                              Dear Sir/Mam, I was purchase an Videocon Mobile Handset Model No-V1755 Dated 08/08/2011 from Mobile Bazaar (Shop Name), Gorakhpur (UP) & at the time of purchasing the Sales person committed me for Best After Sales Service through Videocon. In the same case I want to inform you since purchase the Handset i was faced Poor Battery Backup Regularly then I was contact same shopkeeper regarding the problem & they says this is a normal problem & use Handset normally & given me the address of Local Service Center in Gorakhpur City (Agarwal Computers, Shahi Market, Cinema Road, Gorakhpur Ph[protected] & [protected]). After sometimes Touch Screen of Handset not working again I was go to Service Center for Mobile Repairing or Replacing on dated- 14/10/2011. The customer care executive make a job slip No UPE[protected] & call me Return after one week but still Handset not replaced or repaired & Service Center says always put the order of Touch Screen but still Company not provided above part. In this case I was trying the Mobile No. of Area Service Manager of Videocon Mr. Kamal Kant No. [protected] more than 50 times but they are not picked my phone single time.

                              I've bought a videocon simcard two months back. and recharged for Rs.395 every month, first month they cut my outgoing connection i did't know why. i went to the retailer and asked the reason he said might because of mismatch of the signature. but i knew i put my sign correctly in all documents. they cut my outgoing for more than 25 days. hardly i used 4 days of 30 days validity. and second month i recharged for the same amount this time i dont know all kind of mobile handsets are not accepting the sim. every handset showing the message is searching... this month my total amount is wasted. i got chennai zonal manager contact number i've tried atleast 60 to 75 times from different numbers her never picked up the call. and i got videocon call centre number they are cutting call. and customer care no words to say... i'm requesting Everyone ddddddddddonnnnnn''tt buy videocon simcard. customer service is veryyyyyyyyy veryyyyyyyyyy badddddddd uglyyyyyyyyyy, pleasssssssssss dont buy...

                                    I live in Chembur (West) Mumbai and am user of Videocon products since over 30 years. Of late there has been a visible deterioration in the quality of service provided by Videocon.

                                    On 5 Dec 2011, I called Videocon service center Mumbai, to attend to complaint of my Videocon frost-free 280 Litre refrigerator, for water spillage inside the fridge.

                                    (Complaint Number mum[protected] dated 5 Dec 2011.)

                                    I was happy to get SMS promptly, stating that either Videocon engineer Vinod Kanaskar or Rafiq Sheikh would call on me to attend the complaint.

                                    On 6 Dec 2011, Videocon technician visited my house. He worked as if he was doing a favour to me. Understanding well from my grey hair that I am a 68 years old man, he had no hesitation in ordering me to switch on the fan for him, take everything out of the fridge and give it to him empty. He even expected me to pass him tools as if I was his assistant. A poor show of poor training given by Videocon to their technicians who come in direct customer contact and crush image of your . This gentleman just would not do anything except showing off that he was very knowledgeable man.

                                    After all the drama of inspection, he could not find the reason of water collection inside the fridge and said in a very irresponsible manner, "This is old, better change it to new one." Before I could ask if he was Vinod Kanaskar or Rafeeq Sheikh, he left without informing me and without taking any signatures on any paper.

                                    I am really surprise what type of training you give to your staff who represent your company directly to the customer. I am writing this for the first time but this is not the first time with me. Every time your technicians behave in similar manner.

                                    I would request you to have my refrigerator checked by a trained and well behaved technician.

                                        When many time my all balance deduct for wrong purpose and then I call to customer care so from their they was answered me wrong and his seniors officers and all staff give me all type of wrong information and then they are disconnect the call and my all type of balance was deduct and no solution.
