when i was travelling from rourkela to bhubaneswar in a bus , my videocon mobile phone was nicked off, and i could not find it while i reached bhubaneswar .. my mobile had 2 sim cards as it was a dual sim mobile phone , the numbers it had were [protected](reliance) and [protected](uninor) .. both the nos were responding out of range or switched off when i tried from a frnds cellphone . the imei number of the phone are as such, <imei no. 1- [protected]> & <imei no. 2- [protected]> . the model no no of my phone was videocon v1302, and the colour of the phone was chocolate black ... please help me find my mobile phone ...
i am uploading some pics of the phone from the internet so that it would be helpful to you to recognise the phone and yes i do also have the back cover of the phone as it was found lying under a seat in the bus but the phone was missing ....please help me recover my phone ..////

    Our first complaint was raised on 15.10.2011 and complaint reference was BAN[protected], a service personal inspected the washing machine and said that the motor is to be replaced. We agreed for it and he collected Rs.200/- for service charges and said that will be back next day with the motor but till date has not reported and also has stopped receiving calls. Again we raised a complaint on 22.10.11 with the service centre and were provided with complaint reference BAN[protected] and received an SMS with the service personel details and contact info, on calling him he stated that the same old service boy would rectify the problem and are waiting for the motor to come from Aurangabad ( Maharashtra). I hope all of you reading this will understand that a spare has to come all the way from 1000 kms and does not come in 10days and still waiting can be so humiliating. Harrasment to its client is regular practice of this company. Suggest not to purchase any of its products.

    Videocon Washing Machine — Horrible after sales service

    Hi,

    Have a washing machine FA55 in Warranty purchased from Next Aurangabad.. Used it for the first time and it had outer leakage problem (Manufacturing defect).

    Logged a complaint with Customer Care[protected] Executive visited([protected]) and said that part needs to be replaced it has been ordered Mr Savargoankar ([protected]) after continuous follow up for more than the month now Still the part has not arrived and also the call has been closed saying its completed they say we cannot keep the call open for more than 15 days but we are working in the background for the part to Be available and get replaced…..Atharva Services Pune[protected]...

    They dont even speak properly with the customers dont receive the calls and even cut the calls in between..........

    Now finally decided to throw the machine and buy a new one of different make and also suggest my family and friends not to buy any product of Videocon make …. As they don’t believe in quality and after sales service

    I have purchased a washing machine K6003 DK on 16/7/09 from m/s. NEXT RETAIL SHOP GHAZIABAD . Within few days o[censored]se it started giving abnormal sound. Complain was lodged to service center 3 times:

    3. GHA[protected]
    No of times service engg. came to rectify, but till date problem is not solved. EVEN IT HAS FURTHER DETORIATED. The sound has further increases. Service engg. has adviced not use further, but since last few days they are not rectifying the m/c. also. They have stopped lifting the phone also. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

          i had brought a LCD of videocon on 6/10/11 from kohinoor electronics @ laminton road its just 7 days and my lcd is not working called the shop and service center and got a reply would be done only after 48hours, can imagine LCD which is 1 week old and gone dead, when i asked them how can this happen to a brand new i would need a replacement or i am willing to pay extra and go for better brand and the answer they give sir its an electronic product and we can replace it ....

            Sub: Replacement of defective LCD sold to me vide Grand name ‘Videocon Integra’

            I had purchased a Videocon LCD vide brand name ‘Integra’ from your authorized dealer, QRS / Chengannur Branch. I was inspired by the audio-visual and print advertisements made by your company regarding the quality of your products. I had exchanged my ‘SAMSUNG’ brand colour TV, which was in good working condition, in exchange of your product, believing that your product is reliable, good and had value for money, completely believing your advertisements.
            In the very first month of the purchase itself, the remote control of the TV set had turned defective and I had to repeatedly approach the dealer for the rectification. The dealer, had tried to rectify the remote twice, but again it would turn defective within a few days time. Finally they had to replace the same with a new one.
            The worst part of the incident was yet to come. When the remote was replaced still the problem persisted. I had again approached the dealer and registered the complaint but the response from your service centre at Alleppey was extremely poor and disgusting.

            After persistent efforts your staff had come and rectified the same. My misery was not to be ended. Next month, again the TV set stopped working. Again I had to run from pillar to post to get it rectified.
            In short, from the date of purchase, till this date I had to approach the dealer and your service centre at least 8 times to get my TV set repaired within 2 short spans of time . Many times I had to pay also. It was as if I had taken a loan from Videocon and paying it back by monthly installments.
            Each time, I had written to QRS in their complaint book and spoken to your service personnel to replace the set as this was causing untold inserts and inconveniences a part from the mental agony caused by not meeting my primary requirement of information and entertainment. During the long gaps I was denied the right of myself and family of the access to information through audio-visual media which satiates our quench for information, education, entertainment etc , though I had richly paid an amount of Rs…19000/- for your TV set, which was on the higher side for a TV at that time, believing that it had quality attuned to its pricing
            To add fuel to fire, your service personnel, who had visited my residence twice for repair had behaved in a rude manner, abused me in front of my family and insulted me when I had pointed out the repeated failure of the TV set. Last time to my utter shock, he had refused to attend my complaint also.
            I had to lodge my complaint again at QRS and their staff had informed that they had promptly intimated your office. After my insistent queries one of your staff at Alleppey had called one over phone and teased me our phone and told that the Videocon company would not attend your set as it was beyond repair. He was mocking at me and questioning the dignity and integrity of me as a consumer. Then I had to call your branch manager (?) Mr.Praveen reportedly at Alleppey and I had informed him of all these facts and about the rude, negligent and irresponsible behaviour of your customer support / service staff. Though he had promised to take swift action and provide me a feed back, despite his good manners and patient hearing , no response have been received so far. Kike Manager…like staff ……
            I had been deprived of my and my family’s information, entertainment and knowledge needs for all these months and especially during Onam season. Further I am paying for my cable connection, still unable to get any results.
            Now, I believe you got a clear picture of the harassment from your staff and defect of the product you had sold to me and the resultant inconveniences.
            It may also be noted that both your web and e mail address to lodge complaints are not working at all!!
            With your vast experience, you must be aware of the rights of a consumer and available quasi – judicial and legal remedies. Being employed in the customer care and consumer claim department of a larger public organization, I am fully confident of a legal remedy and provisions for compensation for mental agony and inconvenience to a consumer solely due to the defect of a product sold for a consideration and deficiency in the services of your personnel.

            However, at this point of time I wouldn’t like to move the consumer court as I feel that I have to exhaust all probable grievance redressal machinery available with your organization before seeking legal remedies. Hence this letter. I would like to remind you that non responsiveness to customer complaints is also a deficiency in service
            As such I request you to replace the defective TV LCD set with a good one having the same value and facilities or refund the entire amount collected from me with an interest of 12 p.a. as the consideration of your product , within 15 days of receipt of this notice.
            Failure to do so may attract penal interest on the price, compensation for the mental agony , inconveniences and cost of all further proceedings from your side.

                Is it possible that conversations that we make from MSP's like Airtel, BSNL could be tapped by people working there?

                If that is so, it becomes easier for anyone to tap conversations from and to a number with the help of an insider.

                  GRK Kishore, bought a Vedeocon LCD TV couple of years back, after 1 year warenty period, power system in the TV is failed that cost of 5,000/- Service center people replaced and again 3 months after the same problem would happend. Again they changed the power system cost 5,000/- .

                  Now the same problem happend how can bear the power system everytime....I think they are useing duplicate parts in the service station. Kindly help other not suffer with compnay Service centers.

                  Videocon — Power problems

                  I purchased Videocon Split AC 1.5Tonnes 2 years ago from NEXT Showroom in Begumpet in Hyderabad. The unit doesn't startup even though there is red light shown on the output of the Stabilizer. I called up the Customer Care and the representative came over and cleaned the filters. It started working fine for just one week and then again, the problem recurred. Even the Remote too doesn't work inspite of changing the batteries. Now, NEXT showroom is no more existing in Begumpet and model # VSR5233 doesn't exist in Videocon's website listed products. I don't see any "obsolete category". Absolutely Ridiculous!

                      I am having a videocon connection in mumbai, the number is [protected]. I got a message from the videocon on 21/09/11 saying that your V Music service will be renewed after 3 days @ Rs 30/Month, as I have not activated any kind of caller tune. Then i called to customer care but I could not get connect in the same day then I got connected in the next day, in the conversation with the customer care executive he said in your account there is not activated any kind of caller tune and do not cut any kind of caller tune charge and thy send a number regarding that your problem is resolved and the ID No. is 75869316. That time I had the balance of more than Rs 60/- then the next day when i check the balance it become around Rs.13/- That means around Rs.50/- got deducted
                      Since that time I am trying to call the customer care the call its self is not getting connecting. It is a very bad service i am getting from your network. The same thing had happened to me before also.

                        exactly one year ago i bought a videocon double door 300ltr refrigerator from one of the dealers of videocon namely rafiquee sounds here in srinagar..
                        it worked satisfactorily for a month or so....after that it developed some fault with no cooling..accordingly i complained and the company deputed the service personnel...
                        the service centre is deputing their service engineers every now and then, but the fault has never been detected nor rectified..
                        even yesterday on 1st of october 2011, a service engineer deputed by the service centre has replaced one of the spares ,,,but the fridge is still not working..

                        i just wanna get rid of that fridge which has neither been a fridge nor has served AS A cupboard...i want an immediate replacement....
                        please help...

                          i had purchased 3 videocon ,vita air, air conditioner from more ,megastore, century 21 mall, vid cm no. [protected] dt 13.5.2011.
                          in one of the AC'S there was a problem of water leakage from the first day of installment. the dedaler did not entertain my problem and asked me to contact the service centre. The company after 4 months only changed the part defected without making the replacement of the whole AC.
                          The company was asking us to send the complaint to the dealer ...for replacement.
                          The COMPANY VIDEOCON COULD PROVIDE ME REPLACEMENT OF ONLY THE DEFECTED PART THAT TOO AFTER FOUR MONTHS OF COMPLAINT REGISTRATION.

                            I have submitted my Videocon Mobile (Model No- V1675) to your authorized service center “Singh & Sons Communication- Jail Road, New Delhi” on 30th August, 09 due to some problem. The problem was, I was not able to hear the voice of person speaking from other side. So I have submitted my mobile and received the job card. I have been said, your mobile will be ready within a week. But till today, the problem is still pending and no initiative is taken. Whenever I call or Visit your service center, I have been again asked for one day time. Same story is being repeated again & again. I have logged a complaint in your Customer Care too (Complaint No-AMI[protected]) but again nothing has happened.

                            1 month warranty period is wasted with no use. I have lost complete trust on your services but still looking for your co-operation. And if you still fail to deliver your promise then please take your handset along with the kits and return the money.

                            I request you to please deliver my mobile in next given date i.e. 28th Sep, 09, else I’ll go to consumer Forum, asking for compensation for wasting one month of service and also return my money.

                              Sir,
                              I bought Videocon Integra LCD TV 32 inches at a price of 33000/- from a leading electronic items dealer in Bhavnagar Gujaratl in the month of june-10 . Just after 13 months of purchase it started problem in panal . we lodged a complaint to the dealer and he sent his mechanic two times but dealer's mechanic was unable to repair the TV .We approaches dealer several times he befooled us by saying that he is going to send expert mechanic , but he refuses to do that . One day he said there is no guarantee of electronic items and i[censored] want it to repair it will cost 18,500 Rs. I got shocked to hear this .I replied him that there is a bill and a warranty card issued by a ur dealership and company so it should be repaired but he had not given any positive response. As the warranty period is complited but the main component is not working.my request is to replace my lcd.
                              So i requested to either send Videocon company service engineer or give the contact no and address of a company service engineer so that I can contact him, but he refused to do that , and whenever I went to his showroom he is not listen to me .
                              Sir , I usally watched CNBC and now you are the only hope because it is my hard earned money I even do not have an information about a consumer court and how to lodge a complaint

                                I HAD PURCHASED VIDEOCON LED TV 32" FROM VIJAY SALES ON 15 JULY 2010. DISPLAY GONE ON 25 JULY 2011. JUST 10 DAYS BY WARANTEE PERIOD. I REGISTERED COMPLAINT ON 27 JULY. THE SERVICE ENGINEER CAME AND TOLD POWER SUPPLY HAS GONE. 2 MONTHS OVER TILL NOW, I M CALLING THEM PLUS REGISTERING COMPLAINT, THEIR ANSWERE IS THE PART HAS NOT COME YET. I M FED UP OF THIS ANSWERE.. IS THIS SHOULD BE A QUALITY OF PRODUCT OF PRICE RANGE OF Rs 40000, BREAK DOWN IN ONE YEAR TEN DAYS.. MY 5Yrs SON IS STILL WAITING FOR THE DAY TO WATCH OUR LED WORKING. WE HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY THIS PRODUCT AND THEIR COMPANY.

                                  I have purchased a Fridge of Videocon in 2008 and fridege was under warranty for One year with 6 years warranty on Compressor. My fridge is not working from 5th September 2011 for which I contacted Videocon Customer Care No. [protected] on 06.09.2011. I was given Compliant No. DEL[protected] and DEL[protected] and assured that my fridge will be repaired as early as possible. Till date so many Engineers from Videocon has visitted my Reisdence but no one was able to solve the problem. The Engineers has also changed the Compressor but even replacing the comressor my fridge is not cooling. I am continously complianting to customer care center staff to send a able Engineer, who can repair my fridge. But till date no one is coming only my compliant is being opened on sms and closes also on sms. They send sms that your compliant has been openidng and now has been closed.

                                  I would request the concern Compnay person / staff to look into this.

                                    Hi, this is in regards to my Videocon LCD TV which i purchased on 21st Sep 2010 from NEXT Showroom (R.T.Nagar). The product was working fine until 17th July 2011 and there after it started giving issues like freezing after every 5mins consistently. We called to NEXT on 18th July 2011 and registered the complaint for the same and the complaint number is BAN[protected]. The Service engineer visited to my place on the next day and informed that there is an issue with some part which needs to be replaced and he stated that he will get back to us with the part after 2days and since from then there was NO CALL, NO UPDATE. I had keep calling them and was behind them for the same and they had to say only one thing "Part is not available, will replace it once it comes". It had 2months and i had called them atleast 15 to 20 times for the same, but they never called me and gave me any update. After making several calls to Thyagaraj (Service Manager), Navin (Co Ordinator) & Edwin (Executive). Finally they visited to my place on 17th Sep and replaced the part and assured me that they will extend the warranty as well for 3 months since it took 2 months to resolve the issue. I informed them that in case if the product gives me other issues again after replacing it. I would like to go for a replacement or want my money back, & the same i had been telling them from day one i registered the complaint. They use to say that if it all if it gives other issues will definitely look forward so give me better service. But again just after 5 days there is xome other issue occured with the TV as now when it is turned on. There is nothing on the screen, its just one line in the middle of the screen. Now i am totally dissatisfied with the service, so i would need my money back. I even dont want the replacment. Please take the necessary action on this on high priority and return my money back. I have also registered the complaint in Consumer Court and the complaint number is 8320. Hopefully you will get the reply soon.

                                    i mr sanjay more, i hve bought one tv . on date of 9/7/11 frm mumbai eletronics lalbaug mumbai bill no 31369. which already one repair on 7/9/2011 n now still its its not working properly . and its shows patch on screen.
                                    kindly cooperate us in better way.

                                      I GOT THE MAIL CONTAING AS JOB SELECTION INFO ON 21TH OF SEPTEMBER WHICH ASKED ME TO SUBMIT AMOUNT OF 12,500 RS AGAINST THE AIR TICKET AND ALL WHEN DOUBTLY I ASKED THEM BY SUBMITTNG MY RESUME ABOUT DESIGNATION AND LOCATION.
