I am existing customer of videcon Plazma TV...now our remote is not working...we have already contacted franchisee office & customer service center at Jamnagar & Rajkot location... but they have refuse to provide new remote for our Plazma TV....we are not able to find new remote for the same.....after doing somany mail & complain at call center, we have not received any support....details given below.

    I am having a very bad experience in getting my washing machine repaired.I have given a complaint (+[protected] for my kelvinator washing machine 3 weeks back and my complaint number is BAN[protected] and i told them i will be available only on weekends still they called me on Monday continuously and sent an SMS saying that they are coming to visint my house, I called them back and said that i will be available only...

The Company selected 62 candidates list for Senior Engineer, IT, Administration, Production, marketing, Account/Finance, Technician and general service Departments. It is our pleasure to inform you that your resume was selected as one of the 62 candidates short listed for the interview. She Emial me that before 3rd August'2011 all documents, ticket and Call letter has been sent but today is 6th August'2011 and till now My Call letter, ticket and other documents has not come. I am trying to Contact Miss Rekha Kapoor from one week but her above mobile no. has been switched off. Miss Rekha Kapoor boss is Mr. Sandeep Kumar, (Executive-HRD), H.O. - 174, Videocon House, G.K.       i from mumbai {chembur} i using videocon simcard i am very much harresed from this company ....M using videocon no [protected] .. i have requested to deactivate the caller tune service .... it got activated from your side ... many times i calles customre care to deactivate the caller tune but again and again it got activate i get sms that your caller tune wil be renewed in 2 dyas... evry second day 1 rps get deduct from my account .. service I never activated why should I pay for that… I get sms from to deactivate caller tune. Send sms toll free no 50000…. But I have been charge 3 rps for that… what the hell I going on.. what worst service u have…. I have ever seen…. Today morning i called dated 5 august your CSA say I have deactivated your caller tune.. but still caller tune is going on my no .. deactivate the caller tune now….. I don’t want your service ….itssss veryyy baddd and worst

      videocon mobile sim — without information caller tune activated

      without information caller tune has been activated by the vediocon mobile company. costomer care number which is provided by the company always say busy that's why complain is not logged till date & Rs- 30 has been deducted by the company in this regard.
      my cell no [protected]. i also have same problem they are activating the services like caller tune and cut down our balance and even costumer care services not respond im fade up of this thing.
      my videocon simcard number is [protected]. please deactivate this simcard beacause i lost this simcard with mobile.

        Videocon LCD tv Complaints - faulty LCD TV not repair

        faulty LCD TV not repair

        Respected Sir ,

        I bought Videocon Integra LCD TV 32 inches at a price of Rs 26000/- from a leading electronic items dealer in Jhansi in the month of 29th of November 2009 . Just after 2 month of purchase it stopped working . we lodged a complaint to the dealer and he sent his mechanic to repair the LCD and took it to Agra Service Centre with reference from Jhansi Service Centre, after 3 months they said that LCD has been repaired and was delivered by Ex.VSM ,.Mr.Satveer Singh. But it has the same problem since date .
        i again called him to logde the complaint , and he told that he will change the PCB.
        After that Mr Satveer Singh got transfered and a new Manager came ,Mr Sanjay Rawat , i approaced him , and talked him and i seemed to be bluffed by the Company and its Employees and were asking money to change the LCD.
        Though my LCD is in warranty period ,yet I got AMC of my LCD of worth Rs 3861.
        They yet are asking extra money to change my LCD. Since, the employees didn't respond ,I talked to Jhansi Incharge ASM Mr.Kailash Gurjar, he also is asking money to change the LCD.
        Due to this I am facing family problems , due to which i can't take interest in my work and family relations.

        Sir , I usally watched CNBC and now you are the only hope because it is my hard earned money I even do not have an information about a consumer court and how to lodge a complaint

        Kindly look into my matter and possible suggesstion.

        videocon 32 inch integra — Not working

        I had bought a Videocon Integra 32 inch Tv from Vijay sales in Mumbai... right from within the warranty period it would go blank... i complained and they repaired it. but then it happened again and again over the next 2 years... i paid 2000 more... till 3 weeks ago i went blank again. they took the tv to service centre in Kandiwali and 2 weeks later told me the tv will be repaired and it will cost 45000 rupees. i said that's absurd as a new tv today costs 22,400... then they said pay 22000 and we will repair it... i said it still doesnt make sense... then they said take your tv away, it's useless only the plastic body is all right. i must say Videocon is like the Nigerian scam, you spend some money and buy a tv and then keep on paying for the tv to keep working... how can they ask so much money to repair a TV that was a faulty piece from the very starting of its short and painful like...

          I have lodged one complain on 22nd July 2011, vide complain no-KOL[protected]. Despite repeated follow ups no one from Videocon contacted me. I have been given mere false assurance that their representative would shortly contact me. With a hope of comming their representative I take leave from my job but no one would come. This is very exasperating experience I had with Videocon. Hence forth I would suggest no one should purchase any of the Videocon product.

            On 31st July i had rechareged my videocon balance with Rs.77 (full talk time). On 01st Aug I had received an SMS stating I had activated some scheme where i can listen 20 mins music for 20 days....and Rs. 20 was deducted from my main balance. On enquiring 198 (toll free videocon) representative told me that I had asked for this scheme..which was absolutely wrong..I had never asked for this scheme...Y will i spend 20 rs of my talk time for just listinening videocon provided music.....i can do it for free as i already had all my favorite music on my mobile phone.

            Request you to please take some serious action against such fraud companies (especially videocon). I m sure that i m not the only customer, there would be more than thousands with whom this company would had done such cheating....

            Kindly take some serious action against this company, afterall that was my hard earned money.....

              I HAVE PURCHASED A D2H LCD FROM NEXT SHOWROOM BILL NO. 063531 DATED 05.12.2009 .AFTER TWO MONTHS OF PURCHASING LCD AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHS OFF AGAIN & AGAIN .WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SEND AN SERVICE ENGINEER OF D2H WHICH REPLIED THAT IT IS PROBLEM OF SERVICE ENGINEER LCD .AFTER THAT WHEN HARDWARE ENGINEER CAME HE SAID THAT IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM IT’S D2H ENGINEER PROBLEM IT HAPPENED SO MANY TIMES.LIKE THAT TIME OF WARRANTY PASSED & NOW THEY ARE ASKING TO REPALCE A PART OF LCD WORTH Rs 8000 BECAUSE YOUR SET IS OUT OF WARRANTY .SOME DAYS BEFORE A SERVICE ENGINEER CAME AND ASKED US TO RECHARGE D2H THE WE WILL HANDLE THE COMPLAINT AFTER RECHARGING ALSO PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.NOW SERVICE ENGINEER IS NOT REPONDING OUR PHONE .PLEASE HELP US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE IT IS MATTER OF RS 30000.MOBILE NO.                 Dear Sir/Madam,

                I placed a technician request at tekcare for service of my Videocon 29" CRT TV. The Technician attended my residence and told that ST and IC need to be replaced. For that I need to bring the TV to service centre. He charged 390 Rs as the visit or labour charge. I told the person to arrange for the transport facility as the bill shows that they have a transport facility to pickup and drop the TV from the service centre. But he told that there is no such facility available and I need to bring the TV personally to the centre. On enquiring with other Senior Technician from Tekcare I came to know that there is transport facility available. When again I gave call to the technician who visited my house he gave weird reason that if we pick up the TV that are old then customer say that TV is damaged during transportation and that why he don't do pickup and transport. I am ready to bear the transport cost but he was not ready to listen.

                I was told that I need to go out of station for some official work and won't be able to bring the TV to service centre. He told no problem then when you will come back after 1 week then bring the TV to service centre as you have already waited for 3 days for the weekend to bring TV to service Centre wait for 1 week too. But he was not ready to provide the transport facility even though which was available as given on their bill and website.

                  We have lodged many many complaints for servicing VIDEOCON WASHING MACHINE. We have made the complaint for this maching not working properly for more then 20times since last 60days but now we are pissed and writing you about it. We have purchased this machine in January 2011

                  All are engineers are coming and saying that they will get the part but not coming. My Machine is under warrenty and still i am getting such kind of service.

                  As we discussed this matter with VIJAY SALES (Opera House, Mumbai) and they are also helpless and told us to make the complaint in consumer court only.

                    This TV was purchased from Siliguri by my in laws. After 2-3 months strange hissing sounds started coming from the TV ans some strange smell. I called the mechanic from the showroom in siliguri and he said it is because of damp and dried the rubber cap and the hole at the picture tube. He suggested to light up lamps near the TV and the problem will be solved. We did so but after few day it started again. Then he asked me to change the EST. I did it but no progress. Now I would like to ask the Manufacturers. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Why do u bring up defective designs into the market? Give justice to the amounts we pay to your brand.

                      Maine Videocon GSM ka connection dated 07.03.2011 ko liya jo ki dated 08.03.2011 ko 08.31 PM par activate kiya gaya.

                      Dated 09.06.2011 ko 08.16 PM par mere mobile par V-Live se message mila jo mai as it is type kar raha hoo "Hi, your callers will now hear
                      Sai Ve as your caller tune. You are not being charged for this 90 days"

                      Dated 09.06.2011 ko isi ke sath 08.16 PM par mere mobile par V-Live se doosara message mila jo is tarah hai "Thank you for subscribing to
                      Caller Tune. You have been charged Rs 30.0 for 30 days. If you wish to deactivate Caller Tune send CT DCT to 50000 (Toll Free). Your service
                      will activated within 24 Hours."

                      Meri pahali complaint to ye hai ki maine aisi koi service ke liye apply nahi kiya.
                      Company ke customer care wale ye bat sunane ko taiyar hi nahi hai.
                      Doosari bat ye hai ki chalo man lete hai ki maine is service ke liye apply bhi kiya to usaka proof mujhe bataya jave
                      Aur company above message k mutabik mere Rs 30.0 balance me se katane the magar company ne mere Rs 45.00 kat liye hai jisaki koi sunvaai unake dwara nahi hai.
                      Dated 13.06.2011 morning ko maine company ke
                      customer care par phone kiya tha jisake reply me un ke customer care se 06.25 AM par mere mobile par 1909 se SMS aya tha jis me 24 hours me meri problem solve karane ki bat likhi hai mere se bat karane ka ompany ke executive ka tarika bhi thik nahi tha aur unhone koi service id no. bhi nahi diya. Jabaki maine request kari thi ki meri ye service abhi se band kar di jaye aur mere mobile par ab kisi bhi tarah k message nahi aaye. kyoki mai ek agyani aam aadami hoo galati se yadi kaoi button dab jaye to jane
                      kaun se service chalu ho jaye aur mere paise kat jaye.
                      Ab dated 13.06.2011 ko 03.11 PM ko ek sms ata hai jisame likha hota hai "Your request for DND activation has been processed and your
                      videocon number will be listed in NDNC within 45 days. Your service ID is 64879975"
                      Fir Dated 19.06.2011 ko 05.14 PM ko aapka SMS aata hai "Your interaction related to VAS has been resolved against Service ID No.
                      65958250. If satisfied, SMS Y 65958250 else SMS N 65958250 to 121 (toll free).
                      Jiske jawab me maine N 121 par sms kiya jisako receive hone ka sms company ne dated 19.06.2011 ko 05.19 PM ko mere mobile par bheja. Mujhe na to Rs 15.0 ka balance kiya gaya aur na hi ye bataya gaya ki company ne
                      complaint ko kaise resolved man liya jabaki mujhse bat tak nahi kari.
                      Sabase ahm bat to ye hai ki Service ID No. 65958250 jisaka sms me jikra kiya gaya hai wo mujhe na to maukhik roop se batai gai na hi sms
                      se intimate ki gayi.
                      Ab ek nai bat hoti hi mujhe dated 07.07.2011 ko 07.04 PM par mujhe fir ek sms milata hai " Your subscription to Caller Tune will be renewed
                      in 2 days. You will be charged Rs 30.0 for 30 days. To deactivate, send CT DCT to 50000 (Toll Free). Maine turant aap ke customer care par contact kiya karib 20 minit tak try karane par bhi all lines of this route are busy message aata raha. Akhir ko maine CT DCT ko 50000 par sms kiya jiske reply me mere pas dated 07.07.2011 ko 8.00 PM par message aaya ki 24 hours me ap is service ko de-activate kar denge.

                      ab meri aap se ye request / complaint hai :-
                      1) kya mai har mahine isi tarah pareshan kiya jat arahoonga aur apana sab kam dham choodkar mai company ko complaint lodge karta rahoo ya sms karta rahoo yadi mai 24 hrs chook gaya to mere paise kat jayenge.
                      2) Service ID No. 65958250 jis par meri complaint lodge ki gai par mujhe kyo nahi intimate kiya gaya
                      3) Mere jo Rs 15.0 aap ne jabarjasti kat liye the us ke bare me bat kiye bagair aap ne complaint solved ka sms kaise bhij diya
                      4) mere dwara jawab me N sms karne k bavjood aap ne mere se bat karane ki jaroorat nahi samajhi kyoki aap ne ek tarafa nirnay lekar complaint ko resolve man liya tha
                      5) company ke dwara issue kiye gaye service id number aur bheje gaye sms ka kya matlab hai aur usake response me company ke dwara mange gaye customer ke response ki shayad aap ki nazaro me koi value nahi hai
                      6) company ke executive se maine bola tha ki wo kisi senior se bat karwaye usane koi bat nahi karwayi yadi aap ka executive koi problem solve
                      nahi kar pata to fir aage kis se compliant ki jaye 7) kya aisa hai jo log mobile me adhik balance rakhate hai unka balance isi tarah aap service active kar ke katate rahate hai to fir Rs10.0 ka voucher se recharge karana chahiye ki aisi koi naubat hi nahi aye

                      FINALLY I REQUESTED TO YOU THAT THE SERVICES OF VIDEOCON GSM SERVICES ARE NON-SATISFACTORY.
                      MUJHE IN LOGO NE BAHUT PARESHAN KIYA HAI KYA IS KI KOI BARPAI HO SAKATI HAI.

                        Sir,

                        In connection to earlier my recharge as on 16.7.2011 for Rs. 249/-, It was exeperienced that the charges for STD call on net also dedecuted from my balance.

                        After recharges with Rs. 35/- I have complained for the same and answered to my complain that you have recharged with Rs 35/- so last recharge scheme is always activated against previous one. it was also clearify by your customer care incharge Mr. Bharti Parmar as on 22.7.2011 that for getting benefit o[censored]nlimited STD you have to recharge freshly Rs. 249/- so that activation of Rs. 35/- would be desolved and you will get benefit of last activation of Rs 249/-

                        As per you kind knowledge there is not discussion held over telephone or by email ( there is no email sent for reply ) that you will only get benefit o[censored]nlimited STD to spend another Rs. 249/-. It is quite obvious that no one can spend Rs 249/- twicely in a week time ( 17th & 22nd July) for getting such benefit enless it was clarify by concerned.

                        I can not understand that once a customer have recharge with Rs. 35/- and if he wish to change their requirement or scheme in future to get better satisfaction by spending the charge of new scheme, you mobile service has banned him to change their scheme for complition of last scheme period. It is just like dictatorship in a business.

                        I am very much frustated by a way of business you have done with my for getting the satisfaction from you Mobile service.

                        Once again, I would like to request you to look in to the matter and I hope that you will resolved the issue.

                        You early reply in the matter is highly expected.

                        I have really experienced the magic of your way to serve the mobile service in whole new world by giving that such policy of getting recharge.

                          The LCD has developed defects/fault on 21 Jul 2011, not even three months since purchased, use has been quite minimum.

                          The dealer has raised hands to help in this case.

                          Although, the equipment is under warranty and sometime I may get repairs through their Service centre with or without charges but once repaired within three months I am doubtful, how long will it be before it develops fault agian.

                            I have purchased videocon Refrigerator on 2008 last from kerala(kollam).I have facing some problem regarding comporosor. comporosor have six year warenty. .I called up the service center, and they are giving one complint numb that is [protected]. one week before one people come and that serviceman told i will come after two three days & they take 330 rupees also. but not come to serviceman. i m daily trying to custemercare service but is no response from their side. i m asking to my complint number that time they are rejected my calls. .I was totally frustrated with the attitude of the service people & ur custemer care also. kindly do the needful as soon as possible...pls...

                                  I have purchased my mobile on November 6th 2010. type of mobile is v1675.
                                  address of the dealer is v.s. mobiles, rajahmundry.
                                  I have been facing continuous difficulties regarding charger and usb since the date of purchase.
                                  After purchasing my mobile, i had left for my engineering college ( VIT). In my college, i used to face lot of difficulties with my charger. As i couldnt come back to rajahmundry immediately., i went to the service centre after my return to rajahmundry in the last week of december. Then i went to the service centre and gave the charger and usb for repair/replacement. I went to the rajahmundry service centre 2 or 3 times. But, service centre did not respond satisfactorily. After a long delay they gave me the charger and usb which i took to VIT. At present, both my charger and usb continued to be defective. Now, in my summer holidays, I went to the service centre in rajahmundry to inform the same. They did not entertain my complaint saying that the warranty period is over and they advised me to purchase a new charger and usb locally. This kind of response is totally dissapointing for the customers. I am sorry to say this, but i am not at all satisfied with the service provided by the sevice centre here from the day of purchase of my mobile.
                                  I request you to kindly send a new charger and usb because the charger and usb supplied originally were defective from the beginning and inform me accordingly on [protected]@yahoo.co.in so that i can go and collect them from the service centre.
                                  In this connection, i would request you to kindly advice your local service center to be customer friendly and forward our genuine complaints to you for proper and sympathetic consideration instead of brusquely disposing off at his level asking us to purchase locally available chargers bringing into disrepute such an esteemed company like urs namely videocon.

                                    We have purchased one handset from M/S Balajee Communications,Bidhan road,Siliguri on 18.05.2011 as recommended by M/S Balajee Communications,Siliguri bearing IMEI no. [protected], model no-VIDEOCON 1654,the handset’s LCD stopped working very next day. When we took the handset to Balajee communications, he had replaced the handset on the same day by the same model bearing IEMI no [protected]. Again, the replaced handset’s LCD also stopped working, we had no option to take this handset once again to Balajee communications, who refused this time to replace the handset and advised us to take the handset to Ganpati cellular,G3,Smritidham building,sevoke road,Siliguri who had asked us to pay Rs1200.00 in spite of the fact that the same is in warranty and refused to replace or repair without paying the amount saying that there is no guaranty/warranty on LCD whereas nowhere in the bill the same has been mentioned.

                                    You are therefore requested to replace the same within 07 days of receipt of this letter without any further harassment, failing which we will be compelled to take all necessary steps including legal for which you will be solely responsible.

                                    Videocon Mobile — not responding to guaranty

                                    A videocon V1655 mobile was purchased through HomeShop18 who supplied one mobile and after demanding send an invoice after 3 months of delivery which is vague.I purchased it on 01.04.2011.It is frequently giving problems.
                                    Home Shop18 is cheating by sending deffective mobiles through couriers.Individuals are requested to take care before purchasing.
                                    Homeshop18 not giving proper authentic documents against purchase of a videocon mobile V1655.
                                    On demand sending a vague invoice after 3 months of purchase.This needs to be enquired by Noida Commercial tax department and cheating a lot towards tax

                                      This is with regards to Videocon LED Model no: 32530HG purchased from Gem Electronics- dombivili(East) on 26.06.2011.The dealer has booked the complaint for wall mounting on same day Complaint no: THA20711036. Till date nobody has approached us for wall mounting and servicing for the same. I have complained several times in customer service on (02nd July 2011) but it was no use. Kindly assist for the same.
