I bought a new videocon phone on 6th Jan 2011 and so far it remained in service center for more than 3 weeks and have done enough follow up. Neither phone is fixed nor replaced. I have enough follow up with them for last one month.They don't even remember the customer who is writing an email to the service.

I do receive flash messages from your side for different offers and packs and in all messages you have only one option to activate that ok button.
when phone is idle and i press my left selection...

I have been a customer of videocon mobile sim service for three month during this three month customer support had respond me only three time.

now i have balance deduction problem and special offer problem, i have been try to connect the CC but none of my one hundred call answered.

so please a take a serious action against this service provider and ban the videocon mobile sim service in India.

I had brought Videocon Fully Automatic Top Loading washing machine on 25/12/2009 from Greater Noida which is under warranty. I purchase Vediocon colour television on October 2010. I facing starting problem in television on January 2011. i have requested for blocking my sim card on 29/01/2011, and time given for by company is 5 hours but it is still not blocked, mobile no. is - [protected] and the request no. given by company is 37710373. please do something for this, i have tried many times but even to calling to customer care takes 20-25 min, and after that they say only 2-3 hours will take to stop the services.
