I am sorry to inform you that I had taken a Videocon prepaid mobile no [protected] sim card on dec 10. Blocked my card many times.It was taking 1 or 2 days to activate. when i call them they told me that its because of technique problem.
But i recharged RS 251(internet amount) 20 days before, i can't use internet also... .

Send sms toll free no 50000…. But I have been charge 3 rps for that… what the hell I going on.. what worst service u have…. I have ever seen…. Today morning i called dated 5 august your CSA say I have deactivated your caller tune.. but still caller tune is going on my no .. deactivate the caller tune now….. I don’t want your service ….itssss veryyy baddd and worst

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a VIDEOCON Handset model No. V1425 in the month of August 2010 its a dual sim mobile.

In the month of december onwards there is frequent problem of Key Paid Not Working And Charging problem...

I had given for servicing to the authorized service centre namely ACCEL FRONTLINE services twice during the month of december, infact literally it was in the service centre for the whole month but could not get any permenant solution till date.

I have also made a complaint to the VIDEOCON CUSTOMER CARE in the Last 2 month stating the problems i have been facing due to the faulty hand set. They adviced me to report to the same authorized dealer once more but that too i found of no use.

I would like to request you please do the needful to change the handset and take some stern action to provide me the justice.

If required details of all relevant documents will be provided.

Mail ID "[protected]@btinetrnet.com" asking to reply on mail ID "recruit.[protected]@hawmail.com" from some Mr. Deepak Sharma (Executive-HRD), cell no.[protected], regarding “VIDEOCON” Direct Recruitments offer & Interview call on 4th December at your HO 174, Videocon House, G.K. Part-1, Great er Kailash, New Delhi & asking to deposit Rs 10,700 in the bank account upon confirmation of attending the interview. Upon Contacting the cell no. given above some Ms Raka Kapoor responded & today morning, i.e. on 27th Nov 2010 I received the Bank Details of Punjab National Bank A/c No. [protected] in the Name of Akash Kumar PAN BIYPK5135P, IFSC Code punb03080000 Branch - NAGAL DEWAT.

It was mentioned that upon receipt of the deposit amount you will be sent Air/Train Ticket for attending the interview & after the interview this money will be refunded less by Rs. 200 (i.e. Rs 10,500) being the Bank charges.

When i check the Videocon website then there cound not found such recrument drive being putup. I request to the comapny to take the strong action against such fake mails & cyber crimes. This is very bad for the company's image who has such a goos reputation in the world market for Consumer Electronics. There could be a lots of Jobseekars fall into the trap of such mails.
