I have got the following history of issues with Videocon and i took it across with chairman, Mr.venu as per the mail below, but still they didnot respond me regarding the issue.

I did a request on Vidiocon consumer representative on date 29/12/2010 regarding to close spicy jokes alert pack service and reamberment of my amount which is diducted by Company by without intimation or request. I got a case id[protected] and resolution date was mention 30 dec 14:00.

Got a D2h ready 3205Hd lCd in around May 10 and within a month or two developed a problem of reduced screen which was attended to calling around 20 times and the LcD was opened around thrice changing the LCD plates but to no solution and ultimately had to change the LCD for which the whole process took around two months.
But now again the problem of reduced screen has developed looses sound itself and the Video three jack has stopped...

I had taken a videocon gsm connection on 8th december submitiing my address proof and photgraph .My number is [protected]. On the same day i recharged with 399 voucher for 3000 free minutes to tamil nadu local calls and i topped up with 25 rupees for 25 paisa call charges.

I have purchase videocaon LCD 32 " on date 16 cot 2009. After completion of 1-year warranty on 16 cot 2010, from date 21 cot 2010 4-inch white & black band coming on screen bottom side. We purchase a new refrigerator of VIDEOCON Company from authorized dealer at Jodhpur (Deep’s Gallery, main chopasani road, opp. Niayon ki bagechi, Jodhpur phone no.[protected], [protected]), within two days we found there are cooling problem then we intimate to dealer and he replace the fridge, but within week time again we found the same problem in new one, we contact to dealer and he complaint to service center then we availed the facility...

I was/m in touch with two executives of videocon since oct.1stweek . they hv given job offer of sector head( now it seems to be fraud/fake) i given reqiured money ( which they confirmed is refundable) . still i m following with them . but neither money is refunded nor meeting is fixed. though one of their person confirmed that my money will be refunded by 24/11/2010. now already 4 weeks are over. money is still with video con. kindly search...
