IN BETWEEN THESE DAYS I CALL YOUR TOLL FREE NO.[protected] THEY SAID ME YOUR PHONE IS GOT REPLACED OR REPAIRED AND DISPATCHED FROM OUR END ON 01..12.2010 BUT YET I AM NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE. OR EVEN MOBILE SERVICE CENTRE EVEN NOT A MAKE ONE CALLED OBOUT THE STATUS OF MY PHONE.

I have purchase videocon mobile V1675 from Prakash Radio & Watch Co, Jail Road Indore on 16 Oct 2010. It’s IMEI No’s- [protected] &[protected].I am facing problem in charging of videocon mobile V1675. It is giving me a massage “Bad contact of Charger”.

1st time I visit service center Accel Frontline, Indoe on 9th Nov.2010. At that time they checked it & return on 10th Nov. 2010 and they told me that your mobile don’t have any problem. But when I started for charging it’s again give me massage “Bad contact of Charger”. Than again I visit service center Accel Frontline, they told me we will order for replace it. On 18 Nov 2010 I complain at toll free for none receiving my mobile by No. M[protected]/IB.

Accel Frontline give me new mobile on 20 Nov 2010. It’s IMEI Nos.[protected] & [protected]. When I started for charging it’s again giving me same massage. So I again visit your service center Accel Frontline on 22nd Nov.2010, they have done some repairing and tell me that it is ok now. But again when I am charging, it will again giving me same massage. If I am going to charge from USB, it is giving me same massage.

I submit mobile on 23 Nov. 2010 to Accel Frontline Services Ltd. by Ref.No.IND-VG[protected]DW, they reply me that “our team is working on the same. I am using Videocon Mobile pre paid mobile No. [protected] since 30th June, 2010.To confirm the name of customer who's name this mobile is registered I call at customer care No. The Sr. Customer care Exe. replayed that we having no details that who's name this mobile is registered. The Sr. Customer care officer provided me mobile no of Nodal officer. When I call nodal officer she replayed same that we having no record of customer who's name this mobile no is registered. Than I lodge written complint on email of Nodal officer and Appellant officer. I receved mobile call from appellant office, he replyied same that we have no record that who's name this mobil no is registerd
Now questions are that:

1. If Videocon mobile do not having details of customer, whay this mobile no is active since last 5 months?

2. in absance of details of customers and proper record of customer, on which ground Videocon mobile had activated this mobile no.

3. One more person is claiming that this mobile no. is my mobile no, How I will prove that this mobile no is registered in my name.

It is true that this is grave negligency and violation of TRAI guidelines from videocon mobile that they do naot having details of customer's who's name this mobile is registered.

DONT BUY ANY VIDEOCON PRODUCTS- THEY ARE SIMPLY CHEATERS

I bought Videocon washing machine one and half years back from Jalandhar Videocon Dealer (Worstever decision I have taken). From the first month this is having so many problems but after so many follow ups they pass our time. The service was given by M/s Standard services(Mr. raj Kumar). We complain them that this machine is having basic problems but they said we can only service the M/c only. We got call from some other persons that in Videocon M/c, problems are common.

Recently in the month of october the machine suddenly stop working. We register online complaint With ref to the complaint no.JAL[protected] & JAL[protected], their service Engg Mr. Gurminder Singh visited our place and taken Rs. 200(Service fee on his 1st Visit), Rs. 800 to change the gear box in his 2nd visit. We told on the very next day that we are having the same problem. After one week their Service Engg. Mr.Gurminder Singh visited our home and change the Belt and taken Rs. 250 again. Also he has not given any receiept for the same for any of the payments.

Just after one week the machine faces the same problem and we again register the complaint JAL[protected]. After one day their service Engg Mr. Pawan visited and said their is a issue with Gear Box only no need to change the Belt.and he ask for Service charge again. Today I have talk to Mr. Nitin(Service Head Jalandhar for this issue but he said you have to again pay for the parts. Mr. Nitin told that Gurminder is not our employee. Then who sent the service person in these visits in Videocon uniform. Now I really doubt that they all are involved and gives fake parts/service and take the money in their own pockets. I have talk to Customer care by phone and several mails but gives no solution. I have talk to customer care Head Mr. Ashish and Mr. Kishore regarding this issue in detail but he said that you have to talk to local CC to your own.

Now I really frusterated about all the incidence. Finally I decided to go to the Consumer Complaint Forum. Pleass help me out what I can do now. My phone no. is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. i am having all the correspondence mails and phone call recordings.

I bought a VIDEOCON LCD 26" HAUTE( VEL ) model TV from SHUBHAM Electronics Mysore in May 2009.In the 1st week of November the Audio of the TV suddenly went off.I registered a complaint with Shubham Electronics as well as with the toll free service number [protected] . After a week a technician from the Videocon Service Centre comes and claims that the main PCB needs to be changed and it costs Rs 5000. This is pure looting of the customer by the Videocon Service Centre , Mysore.

This Audio Loss seems to be a COMMON complaint .This is definitely a MANUFACTURING DEFECT of the TV.I have been trying to contact the company to lodge a complaint about this manufacturing fault but all online complaint modes on the Videocon site and telephone numbers of Bangalore and Hubli Branch offices given in the owner's manual are not functioning. The only recourse is to contact the service centre Mysore or the toll free number and WAIT.

How can a company like Videocon show such scant regard towards its loyal customers?My complaint number is BANAPPLE [protected].
