Hi,

PFB a mail received from Videocon Electronics India Ltd. wherein I was offered a job. I was aked to reply with the confirmation and was asked for a security deposit of Rs.9500. I know for a fact that this mail will not be directly from Videocon, however I would request if someone can look into it and apply some security measures so that our email addresses are not leaked out or misused.

PL. TRY TO RESTRICT IT

Yeh I do agree with the above complaint that a email regarding job opening in videocon Electronics Ltd have got on 06/08/2010 and first i rechek the all details and i found it fraud because the name they are using are different from the originol one ie VIDECON ELECTRONICS INDIA LIMITED.Second thing i have never heard that one MNC company offers jobs on payment basis which is false.

So please take care on these type of emails and strict action should be taken to them.

I have purchased 29’’ TV (model: VAF29GDY) from Vijay Sales, Dumas road, Surat on 11th October 2009. Within 3 months I found a big green spot on a screen tube. I have complained about this problem to the area service office. A service engineer came to my house and told me that the TV tube is to be replaced. As my TV is under warranty, I allowed him for replacement. But they have not done it, then after there was no response from them. So I had complained again on company’s tall free number. Now they sent senior service engineer after my threat about consumer court. He also reported the same problem and solution. Same thing happen for 7 to 8 times. At last after 8 months they have replaced a TV tube. But still there is same problem with my TV. And now they are asking for money for extension of warranty and repeating same story about problem again and again. My register mobile number with company is [protected] as named Mrunal Joshi. On the base of which, they have registered my complaint on their system.
I am very disappointed with Videocon service and product. Event because of this my social life is also got disturb and created mental pressure on me. Videocon Mobile V1750 — Mobile not working

This mail regarding my videocon mobile.

I buy videocon mobile of model V1750 in month April (dated 07/04/2010) having IME no.[protected] & [protected].

imidatede after 10 days i was face problem of my touch screen , my mobile screen was totally inactive.. i lock call at 19/04/2010 & i received another mobile on 27/04/2010 having IME no.[protected].

but the mobile i received was not packed one.

Then again after 6 month i face same problem of touch screen & another problem of ear speaker.

This all story happen in last 8 month. i was suffered a lot due to this. Also I wary about my many i almost spend 7500 Rs.

Conclusion is i don’t have any faith that such problem will not come again. Also I know that after end of warranty period defiantly videocon will not help me in this matter.

I am not interested to use videocon mobile. Right now I don’t have any mobile with me as your service center inform me it will take 12 to 15 days to repair or replace mobile.

As last month i have been charged for Rs.119/- for following Value Added Services which was not activated by my end.

1) Mega Alert (Rs. 59/- on 12th January 2011)
2) Callertune (Rs. 30/- on 21st January 2011)
