Videocon Industries Complaints & Reviews

I bought a new VIDEOCON V1420 mobile just before a week from poorvika. Now the speaker is not working.I went to the service center they are not responding well. They are asking 3 days to find the fault and now asking for 20 days to replace the spare.
I asked them to replace the mobile but they did not.

Please provide me a solution for this

I had purchased videocon dual sim mobile model no. V1305 of
IEMI NO.[protected] & [protected] from Point 2 a mobile shop in Dombivli, Mumbai.Two months after the purchase keypad malfunction problem came up which made me to submit the mobile phone on 18/08/2010 in Skylark associates, a authorised service centre for videocon mobiles in Kalyan for repair. The complaint was registered in the name of Siju Alexander & job sheet no. is 92271. They said me the mobile would be repaired within 1 week. I called them week later and they said me to give 1 more week time as the parts were not available in Videocon Company. And after 2 weeks, they said me that the videocon company is not sending them the part. On 12/09/2010 when i called the service centre they said me that the company is giving me a new mobile replacement, for that i must submit the mobile box with all the accessories and wait
for the DOA letter. I submitted the mobile along with all the accessories in skylark on 14/09/2010. Before 2 days i came to know that the were fooling me about the DOA letter and neither they are going to give me any replacement nor any repair because when i called the videocon Customer care on 20/09/2010 they are giving me the same old reason "part not available".
How long will i have to wait for the mobile. These is frustrating.

Till this Date i have not received my mobile. I say you guys never go for Videocon Mobiles. This is not some rivalary for videocon mobiles or sort of that, i want to sue videocon for this Stupidity. Contact my no. [protected].

From the last date that is 23rd of August I got a call on 24th August from Mr. Pranav Stating that a new LCD will be replaced in lieu of the old LCD.

From that day nothing has been done till date everyday I am only calling up and he is assuring me that it will be delivered today or surely tommorrow. I don't know when that tommorrow will come.

I, Dilip Desai have purchased a Videocon Split ac 1.5 T Model no. VKS52CE1 from High cool Services , Andgeri (east) dated 30th Jan 2010 but within 3 months it has started creating problem there is a gas leak problem, sometime the remote control ot working, sometime the timer is not working.. I requested Mr. Fayaz who looks after the customer care service of Videocon at Marol Branch the store name Take Care to replace my air conditioner but he said now its too late if it was within 6 months of the purchase date then only it can be replaced. But my product is in warranty period how can they say it can't be replaced.
Kindly looked into the matter.

Videocon company is automaticed started caller tune and cut Rs.30 from my main balance last month i have complian many times but there is no response from company and before 2 days ago i also stopped my caller tune the company person says to me your callertune is stopped with 24hours but the caller is not stop and again my RS.30 is cut from my main balance and i call to company but they didn't give me right answer so i made this complain against videocon mobile service provide. pls do something about this matter

I PURCHASED A VIDEOCON LCD IN MARCH 2010. SUDDENLY ON 12/09/10 THE PICTURE WENT & ONLY SOUND WAS THERE. I COMPLAINED ON 13/09/10 TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT CENTRE AT TEL NO. 39404040 WITH COMPL NO. GUR[protected]. AN ENGINEER VISITED MY HOUSE ON 15/09/10(AFTER TWO DAYS & REPEATED REMINDERS) ONLY TO SAY THAT THE TUNER CARD IS FAULTY AND IT IS NOT IN THEIR STOCK. IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS TO REPAIR. BUT WHEN I COMPLAINT AGAIN TODAY I WAS INFORMED THAT THE CARD HAS NOT YET BEEN RECIEVED AND IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 2-3 DAYS. AFTER SPENDING 35,000. THIS KIND OF SERVICE I AM GETTING.
