i purchase a new mobile of videocon mobile v1405 my mobile body was broken i want to purchase a new body but not available in the market or service station i told to customer care of videocon mobile but they only told a complaint was record in the sales department.
this incedent becomes last one month but mobile services of videocon mobile is very bad or poor category
