Hello Sir/Madam

I own a KD230L Refrigerator of Videocon Kelvinator Company from Shop: Santosh Enterprises,Adda Bhargo Nagar, Jalandhar,Punjab. I got problem with refrigerator. I raised complaint,i give 4 photographs of liner breakage of refrigerator and other documents as your company employe told me. I registered my complaint on 23-6-10 at the service center Near Kesar Petrol Pump,Jalandhar. Your company employe give me job no. 216. The incharge of the service center Mr. Tulsi Ram said to me that your refrigerator will be replaced. I contact them after 15 days than i contact them after 1 month and they said me to come after 2 months. Now after 2 months when i contact to your service center they said to me that they do not have any complaint related to me and after some time they told me that they have missplaced the photo prof and other document related to my case and again want all that documents. So tell me what to do now ? I can't imagine that your company give a really bad service to costumer. I have all the proof of complaint registered and photographs of liner breakage of refrigerator and bill.

I want to bring to your kind notice the trauma which I am facing for the last two and a half year. My fault is that I have purchased the refrigerator of a GREAT COMPANY-VIDEOCON. I had purchased this refrigerator on 10th January’2008 from Shri Mangla Electronics Janak Puri New Delhi. Do you believe its out of order within four months, again I got it repaired from your authorized service centre Pearl Home Care by paying around Rs.1400/- and again after around 8-9 months, the same problem arises and again I called the same agency and again I have to shell out Rs.1400/- and again after the same period again the same problem aroused, and again I called the same agency and I paid Rs.1400/- again.( copy of the last receipt attached herewith.). Beside the same problem that its not cooling and during defrost water is coming into the refrigerator itself, “Junk and Rust” is coming on the body of refrigerator. Now the same problem arises for the fourth time and I sent a SMS to your Customer Care Department and when I received the call, I told the executive not to send anybody from the agency but send some person from the production department so that the root cause of the problem may be ascertained but nothing happened. After two days, one person from the same agency came and told me that my compressor is not working and regarding the junk; he himself was very surprised and told me he himself has not seen such thing in his life that a refrigerator is requiring a repair for the fourth time in two and a half year.

Now I want to put a question to Mr. Dhoot. If you can not handle your company then what is the use of running it. It’s a shame to you. You are cheating the public by providing them third class products. You are hiring Shahrukh Khan and Dhoni for advertising your products, but try to take one advice from me. It’s the product quality which matters and not advertisement. If you want your products to be successful, try to build a strong production team. Hire good people with sound knowledge otherwise you will be out of the market very soon. Every person who is in touch with me, I am telling them not to purchase any product of videocon. This is the real adverse publicity. Even I am writing about this in the Net like Face Book, and Orkut. I had to do a lot of work to find out your email address so that I can bring the problem into your knowledge.

I request you to get me refrigerator OK and don’t charge anything from me. Send some senior person from your production department to find out the root cause of fault. It’s a matter of Rs.27K to me but it’s a matter of your reputation in the market and in case you can not do this and don’t do the business. I am sure that lots of people will be suffering from this but they can not do anything as they are not aware how to approach the Chairman of the company. But believe me if it all is happening, I am 100% sure that you can not survive in the market.

This is all what I want to convey to you for your benefit.

My name is Sandeep & I am working in NIIT Gorakhpur CivilLine

I am a customer of vediocon mobile, My mobile model No is v1675
I was using this from May 2010, in July this mobile is given a problem
in its network that it is not working with my BSNL sim but with other it
is working, So i sed it to the vediocon service center situated in gorakhpur
at shahi market (Agrawal computers witch is mentioned at ur site in
the list of service center)
I had given my mobile from 29th of july it was gone for replacement as
per cervice center communicated to me & give a ricipet to me (scan
copy is also atteched with this mail). In your service it was said
that if some replacement is process is going on then it will take 7
days time but i had not get my mobile yet, it is almost 20 days tode
(near abut 3 weeks). Noboddy giving me any valid answer to the service
center. from the 12th august i was dally asking about my mobile, But i
only get the answer from the service center that "Plz wait it will
come in 1 or 2 days ".

These answer are not right, I dont know who is responcibale for this
dissatisfied service wether Vediocon service center (Local or central)
But as a customer I m very dissatisfied this time.

Your warranty period is just for One yera and your service center
already hold my mobile for almost 20 days after 10 days it will be one
month So i have just got 11 month warranty only.

Your this Services make me so much dissatisfied
These are Some Problematic Question i am pointing out,

1-: Your Mobile didn,t work good (with in 2 months it give problem),why?
2-: In Service Center It was send to replace for 29th of july but
till now it was not returend yet,

4-: I have asked to the Local service center to make me inform about

My name is Vidhi jain and I had purchased Videocon Mobile Model No.V1602 .IMEI No. [protected] on 16.6.2010 from Planet M, Gaurav Tower, Jaipur.
The above mobile which purchased was not in order therefore it was making trouble in audio and making other problems.
I went to Videocon service center at Accel Frontline Services Limited, Plot No. 7, Yudhister marg, Jaipur on 17.7.2010 at 1:33 PM.
The aforesaid mobile has been received them vide complaint no. JPR-VG[protected]DW.
My parents visiting to the aforesaid service center daily but no proper reply is being given by them. They are only assuring that tomorrow the set will be replaced.
I had purchased the mobile by spending much of money for my use and not for inviting problems for me and visiting service center daily!
I hereby make complaint against Videocon service center that they are not properly responding me. I am not satisfied with the services.
I purchased that mobile on 16.6.2010 and the same has been sent to service center on 17.7.2010.I have not utilized the mobile as yet but I am facing problems due to not having the mobile and also sustaining losses for which Videocon is responsible because they sent the mobile in market for selling the same through agents/shops.
At last they replaced the mobile after 1 month but the problem is same. As I thought the problem is in manufacturing of their products.
I want my money back, I suffered a lot and in future, the whole life I don’t want to do the same(visiting service center daily). It is really very pain full experience to purchase a Mobile phone of new without experienced company.
Please look into this issue and take a tough action as a common man can’t leave their job and got stuck in these type of troubles daily.

I have bought Videocon Microwave Oven, Model no VC 2800s in 2007 months back the door glass was broken from inside I made a complaint twice the complaint no. is (kol[protected], (kol[protected] the staff came after 7 days of my complaint and they took 20 days to mend that door glass and yet they haven’t set the door properly saying that there was a rod missing which they have given me when the door was opened but I know they are giving false statement they have given me only the glass plate and the roller and nothing else and I must say this is the most Pathetic Service I have ever met with and I would Personally suggest people not to buy this product who cant give proper Service to their Customer who is giving them the Business.

this is refer to our long followup of the complaint from the very first day of purchase, after very long time we have got the call from your person that filter has been repaired & you may collect from the dealer (why repaired when its a brand new product). On Friday, we have collected the same from the dealer & FYI when we were going to install it at home, the ceramic white ball (filter) was SO DIRTY (black finger spots) & BROKEN also, again not able to use.

dear, as u know there are so many branded well known water filters available in the market, but when videocon launched a new product we bought videocon just because of the reputation & quality of the company but unfortunately our experience is very bad, a product we have bought & used not a single day.

i lost my very important business and personnel calls, due to non availability of mobile handset, i bear financial loss, who is responsible for that?

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Vedeocon Fully Automatic Washing Machine - 60LQZ on 02/03/2010 from NEXT RETAIL SHOP(Bill Scanned Copy Atacched),Next Rander Road,Suryapur Society,Rushabh Char Rasta,SURAT-395009 ( GUJARAT ) but after 15 days it has abnormal sound coming from Machine and I have complaint to Vedeocon Call centre([protected],[protected]) as per information given from NEXT RETAIL SHOP,but two months has passed but machine could not repair by service station.I had contact to NEXT to give me replacement or repair,after another one month NEXT replaced me, but not the same Model but 6500DX model given to me and I have given Rs.1750 as deference amount but NEXT has not given me the bill of 6500DX model,lots of time I have asked for the bill but NEXT has not give me the bill.Again this 6500DX machine stop due to PCB problem(Complaint No.SUR-[protected])on the date 27/07/2010.As on today machine has not repaired,I have gone to NEXT RETAIL SHOP with the help of Grahak Suraksha and Akasmat Nivaran Kendra Manav Sanatha As Under Indian Consumer protection Centre(President Mr. Rajubhai C.Thakker)and asked to give me back my money but Mr.Navin Tejani answer me that it will take 20Days,I asked to give me in written as I have not trust on NEXT RETAIL SHOP,suddenly he was angry and shouted that get out from here otherwise I throw you from my shop with the help of my staff and I will not give you money and service and do what you want to do.At the same time we call the police to showroom and asked to help and I have given the police complaint which copy of scanned has attached in Gujarati Language and Tomorrow I have officially admit the complaint In Grahak Suraksha Court as NEXT RETAIL SHOP is very bad dealer and he has treat me as a bagger.

I want my MONEY BACK is my purpose to go in INDIAN CONSUMER PROTECTION COURT
