Sir/Madam,

I had purchased one V'con V1675 handset and since day one it is not performing as per expectation or money paid for it. Charger is bad, First time when connected to handset it said Bad Connector since then all time we see same msg. Battry cahring takes 6-8 hrs or even 12 hr. Second day earphone was not working...

I have a semi automatic Vidoecon washing machine. It has two problems:

1) It's timer is not working. it stopped working frequently.

2) Water lickages are there. Even while running on wash mode water is drained continuously.

These complaints are attended two times. After that Vieocon service people don't receive our phone. Even if they receive anyway they don't come to attend this...

As M not able to use Videocon Internet services, also after mailing to nodal officer and applete officer, still not received any reply from their sides.
