I am already blaming myself for my decision to buy it :-( Its quality is same as china moble and Service Centers are very lazy and not well equipped takes Months to repair.

Within 3 months of buying it Its motherbord got damaged automatically and Service center guyes are saying its not covered under warranty and need to pay 70%price of phone to replace it.

I purchased the Video-con V1602 on Aug 21 /2010 and from oct 2010 I am facing the problem in the hands free connection. My hands free was replaced thrice by the service center saying its defective. Then once my mobile was kept for 20 days with service center saying the connector needs to be changed.after changing the connector also problem was not solved. Now they are saying there is some internal problem which technician is unable to find we need to check the set internally. Still whats the issue I don't know. I want the replacement of the handset since its in warranty. If video-con technician are unable to sort it out they can happily keep my hand set and do the R & D, I don't mind but they should give it in writing that only I want.

My name is Mansoor and it was very unfortunate that i bought moile handset of Videocon of model V1675 dated 21/04/11 from Home Town Noida, but just after 15-20 days there was problem occurred in speaker and the incoming call voice was unable to heard and finally got the speaker changed with your service center"Ambe Electronics" Noida in the month of june simultaneously the battery back up was very poor and when told this matter to service center they said you have to leave your set for 7 to 10 days for observation. Simply i could not believe that i purchased a branded Videocon handset or any local one.

Now i am facing multiple problem like:-
1.the charger which unable charge my batttery
2.battery back up very poor even if i used different charger
3.White patches developed on the screen
4.Data cable failed to connect
5.Body color is also getting dicolored black coating.

When i took my set on 06/09/11 to "Ambe Electronics" service center of Videocon Noida they have received the set with the job sheet "AE3-VG[protected]DW" and when contacted them today they said we will have to change mother board, data cable, battery charger etc etc and will take 7-10 days, now any one from Videocon suggest me what is my fault that i purchased Videocon handset when i unable to use my phone.

I am loan account holder of sbi Sukhlia, indore.
I went 2 times and told them to open my saving account and link my loan account with it, so that i can deposit in loan account money online and also can check status, but always they refuse me to open account that they do not have time now and they did not provide me even statement that and told that printer is not working.
In bank time i lives in my office so for me very difficult to go bank and i take leave whenever i go bank.
SBI bank is very good but the person who are handling branches are vitiating its name.

Videocon — faulty compressors and irresponsive cuctmer care

sir,
I brought a videocon fridge(D 280 Wd Dx) from VIJAY ELECTRONICS, 4, jayanti market, jaipur on 15th oct 2006.ON 27st feb 2008 i.e after 16 months my fridge stopped cooling .I Promptly complained to videocon custmer care and to the dealer and theycame to the conclusion that my compressor needs to be replaced which is under gurantee period but they charged me Rs1100 for oil and gas refilling.At the time of compressor replacement i noticed it that they were replacing and old used compressor. I Refused for such replacement but the then service manager of jaipur (MR BINDAL) assured that it will work properly and if it doesn't then he would be responsible for it .i agreed.
now again my compressor has stopped cooling and i complained again and today the service person visited and informed me that my compressor has pumped oil and it needs to be repaired but this time he demanded that i shall bring the fridge to their service center(last time they did it at my place) This will amount to an additional around Rs1000 for convenince (to and fro) including 2 unskilled labours (who may damage it) and gave me an estimate of another rs 1500 to 2000 for its repair.In addition to it i'll have to take 2 days leave one day to accompany it to service center and another day to get it back
my complaint is why should i bear for the faulty compressors the company is supplying and the mental and time lost and in addition being fridge less in this summer is unbearable.

Videocon Refrigerator — sold me a defective refrigerator

i am arijit banerjee from 79/22,A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata- 700014 .i purchased a videocon refrigerator in the month of december 2010 from the great eastern shop. the refrigerator stopped cooling about last week of august, 2011 and all my frozen items were spoiled. the refrigerator is under the warranty period and so the man came and changed the particular part of the refrigerator. again my fridge stopped cooling 10th of september, 2011 and where again all my items got spoiled. the man came today and changed the same part again as it got damaged. the problem with the fridge is that it was the defective piece form the very first day that is why the problem are taking place the every other day.the fridge needs to be replaced by the company as they have sold me a defective piece and a bad piece. please do help me to get my refrigerator replaced with a new one.

Videocon Split A / C — Reject Piece given

I purchased a Videocon Split A/C from Shivem Electronics (Pushkar, Ajmer). From the first day I started complaining about the cooling of the A/C but the owner and service center in Ajmer both just ignored and said it's fine.

after 2 months the A/C was even worst than a cooler. It was only making big noise and there was no cooling at all.

We got a rejected peice of Spilt A/C which was not able to do any cooling.

Is there anybody who can help us to fight against Videocon.

I will suggest to buy a cooler instead of videocon A/C. never buy Videocon product because they don't have anyone to look after sales. They are real cheater. Selling in india.

Please don't buy Videocon product.

I myself purchased on 19.03.2007 a 220 L single door Videocon fridge from Sushil Electric Co. Ghaziabad. From the very beginning the fridge started loosing its looks like colour of the handle, body covered with polythene looked dirty owing to collection of grime and dust. Last year it stopped cooling and had to be serviced by filling gas. This year also it started giving trouble by making noise, giving foul burning of wires like smell and sparks also requiring service.

Service and customer care of Videocon is very bad and desires much to be done for customer satisfaction and convenience which is missing absolutely. The customers have lost confidence and faith in the company and its consumer durable products like fridges etc.

I have to fight and win service every time in a beligerant manner as there is no polite way is left. I also intend to get rid of Videocon fridge at the first opportunity in exchange of LG or Samsung 400 L double door frost free Star rating fridge in exchange.

I purchased one piece of Vidieocon Refrigerator 180SS the model being S180SSDX having sl.no.[protected] with V Guard Stabiliser from your dealer M/s SIVAS, Sankarankoil vade their bill no. 5933 dated 08.05.2007.

I chose & purchased Vidieocon Fridge knowing well that it's from a well known & reputed Company when there are other so many makes in the same field.

But for the past six months the frige was not working. I contacted your dealer several times. They said that the instrument had to be sent to your service centre at Tirunelveli at my cost. I was not prepared for it. After several days I collected land line numbers of your Tirunelveli service centre. After several calls they sent M/S Ruban and Joseph on 13.05.2010. They said the gas quantity was very low & hence it should be refilled. They refilled the gas and collected Rs. 1500/= without giving any receipt. Mr.Joseph assured me he would go here again the next day if the frige had no cooling effect. As the freezer & the fridge didn't have any cooling effect I contacted your service centre & talked to Mr. Manivannan many a times. He said the compressor was to be changed & that be would send the service team. And this statement was receiving from him only on my call. So far no body turned down.

The machine is kept idle for more than six months Summer season is to close shortly & what's the use of the fridge as it is made available after summer season.

Kindly realise my position & save me from this sort of sluggishness by pushing your service people immediately.
