I filed a complaint regarding my Videocon AC (complaint number: GUR[protected]) on 17th April 2010.

No one attended the call till 19th April and then Mr. Ravi came to my place and said that compressor needs to changed and they will take the AC to workshop the next day.

No one came inspite me calling there call center number[protected] several times.

today i recd a mail from videocon electronics ltd saying you are selected for our job at greater kailash and you have to pay a sum of Rs,6250/- then you will get a lette from the comapany and flight tickets will be reimburseed....

I bought a refrigerator on 23rd March 2010 which was found to be dented in many places. It was replaced on 26nd March with another dented refrigerator. Since the dents this time where less than previous time we accepted the refrigerator. (Had no option as it was my money that was already paid). But in 2 days had to go back to the dealer as the compressor was making noise. It is so severe that one cannot sleep with the refrigerator turned...

I have purchased a Videocon Mobile V1675. they provied Nokia PC suit along with the phone..
When i tried installing the PC suit on my system the PC suit does not recongnise my Mobile Phone. Its a know issue.
I have failed to understand why company has launched this mobile phone with a known issue.
they show let the custmoer know that they will not be able to use the Nokia PC suit.

I gave my videocon refrigerator for service to the videocon authorized service center as it was not cooling. So my mother called the center SAJ VISION Vatakara[SPJ Service Center], they came and took it away. After 2 weeks they deilvered back but damaged. While delivering they met with an accident and fell down the refrigerator causing damages to its paint and handles. Apart from charging us 2200 rupees they did not mention...
