I purchased one Videcon colour TV in August 2009, and the colour display is not okay, it has been serviced atleast 4-5 times since i purchased. Every time I make a complaint the service engg. attends, but the fault remains the same. The TV has a one year warranty, it looks like time buying exercise by Videocon Company...I want videocon to replace the TV...

This company is fraud company and sending misguiding emails to innocent candidates. they ask them to deposit 6500/- in their bank account. Actually there is no job of this kind...

This is a brand new touch screen phone of Videocon model V-1655. This problem started from fifth day of purchase. Touch screen becomes ineffective after 30 seconds and then phone is of NO use.

(i) Many times option of 'Restore factory settings " actioned, however problem sorts out mometarily, but again occurs.

The service engineer visited and diagnosed, the fault of Fan Motor and charged Rs 1000/- to replace the same.
After changing the motor, there is no effect on the referigerator and...

We purchase a DVD player from a local dealer in Ulhasnagar. We bought this on 21th February' 10 . We did check whether the player is working or not during purchse. I have tried many times to down load the wecome tunes as well as ring tones but some how your customer services are nit able to guide me in a proper manner.

The washing machine is breaking down frequently and does not have any reliability as either the wash motor or the dryer motor stops functioning. even after replacements the machine is not working and since the same is under warranty the replacements are bieing done. But what happens after the warranty period is over???
