Even i got the same mail stating that i hav an interview on 7th october' 10.
this i believe a false mail, coz i got a similar mail from cheats stating that they r from tata motors. I mailed to the tata motor official site, and a reply came that it was a false mail.
To all u guys looking for job, dont fall prey to this. no good company wil ask for any money for the interview.

This is a Black mark to the company as well and i request that a judiciory complaint should be launched and who so ever is doing is should be put in jail. They are fooling more than 1000's of people and playing with their career. They are advising to deposit 7500/-.There is a big fraud organization behind this and somehow it should be found and stop all these nonsense. We are paying for our job and they are playing with our humanity.

A sense f responsibility is totally lost.

I will be very thankful if this can be taken forward and fine the people who are doing such behaviour

This is hariharan I too received a mail on 14th July with the same subject and matter which spoils the goodwill of the comapny, this is not the first time it is happening, to my knowledge it is happening from march and now it is july, so consequtively the fraud is sending mails despite the comments posted against the mail viewed by the users, Iam not sure whether concerned person from(Videocon) has started to take steps against this crime, I too don't know how Candidates the fraud has cheated, bcoz lot of candiates will not be in a postion will comeout and tell that they are cheated.It is humble request from my end that the company takes steps to stop it immediately and taken action on the fraud without any mercy.Your (Videocon) action in eponse to this posting will be highly appreciated.

It is a fraud job offer. Kindly do not fall into such situation. Do not respose.
Company must take serious action against this mail sender and try to find out the source through which these kind of exploitation make use of branded trade marks name.

& lost 32, 550 INR confidentily to receive prize winning money 1100 Lakh INR. This happened on 22nd Aug' 2010. I am in search of the Culprit till date so that no other person gets victimised in future.

Similar E-Mail was received by my daughter on 21 Aug.2010. The very standard of the drafting arouses suspicion about the authenticity.Now seeing so many similar recepients, it is confirmed there's fraud happening.
It is incumbent on the company to act against the perpetrators and report to the police.Further complacence will hurt the company's interests as well as many other innocent job seekers. It is incumbent on Banks also to trace out such fraudulent opening of accounts and discover ' KYC' violations. Recruitment portals/agencies, from where the access was probably picked up, also should look into the misuse of information given to them.

today. I received the same mail regarding recruitment at videocon electronics but found no job openings on videocon's website. The mail directed me to deposit Rs 15, 700/- in their account and promised me to pay Rs 41, 000 to Rs 80, 000, 000 p.m. which is very impossible.
Major actions should be taken to stop all such fraud mails and penalty should be charged.

Finally some one did pick up and the the person was very rude. So I chose to ignore the mail. 2. OTHER ENGINEER TOLD COMPRESSOR AND FRIDGER IS DAMAGE.

THESE ALL WERE SAME PROBLEMS AGAIN
ON MY FIRST PROBLEM WHEN WE WENT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM IN CONSUMER COURT VIDEOCON MR. BHARTI STOPPED ME AND GAVE ME A NEW FRIDGE . BUT THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THAT FRIDGE AND THEY NOT INTERESTE TO RETURNED FRIDGE. AND I WANT TO MADE ANOTHER COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM, I AM HANDICAPPED PLEASE HELP ME.

i had bought videocon turbo cooling refrigerator three months before with the facility 'No Stabilizer required' provided the volttage should be in the range of 160V-220V. i just want to know that, what effect will it put upon the compressor when the input voltage is less than 160V.Kindly reply to this comment. waiting for your positive comment.

Videocon 15 Inch Colour TV — Display of video gone away after activating music mode

I purchased videocon 15 inch colour TV two days before.I used to hear song usually.so i on music mode function on for 1/2 hour and gone to do some other work.
After 1/2 hour when i offed music mode function, video display had been gone.I tried to come back video display but it didn't.
Although sound was running good and even i was able to change channel i.e all function were working good but amazingly video was not there to see all that channel event.

I bought a DVD from Garg Electronics, Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi on 8th of December 2007. But from that day product is not functioning well as it produce some unexpected sound. The sound quality of DVD is very poor. I made a complaint for this on 12th of December 2007. My complaint no. is 400VE07L121029
I made several calls till now. I talk to junior to senior level. But till now nobody attend my complaint it's now 20th December. Please suggest me what I do. I am very angry with the company service and thinking about to go to Consumer court.

I purchased the Videocon TV model -CTV8600QS, Jumbo34" from the dealer SOWNDARYA SHOPPEE,(A Unit of Sri Rama Marketing),Diamond towers, Dwarakanagar, VISAKHAPATNAM-16(Andhra pradesh), on 14th December 2007.After installation in the home I noticed that the TV is not working properly and picture bend towards right side and color patches of yellow on white color back ground. I have immediately complained the dealer regarding the defect and he arranged the service people of your videocon authorized service center. The service is very poor and they couldn't rectify the defect even after working four days with in a week, and they certified that the TV can't repaired locally. According to them I approached the dealer and returned the set for replacement and the dealer is helpless and telling that is not having stock. The TV set bar code under no.[protected]. Hence I request you to resolve the issue immediately and arrange a replacement through your local distributor with in week time or otherwise I will be forced to take legal action in the local consumer forum against your company and dealer for the mental agony caused and compensation for the money I invested for your branded product. Looking for your reply soon.

Videocon 1. 6t Split Airconditioner — Irresponsible for the service

I bought the videocon 1.6 tonne Split A/c last year (12/May/2007) and is facing problem with its remote control. The Remote control is not functioning at all, and the A/c is relatively useless without a remote control as there is no control panel available for this Split A/c. Since this is coming under the warranty period, I raised the complaint for this calling the service helpdesk #[protected]chennai Helpdesk) and had raised this issue on 03/May/2008 (saturday). The complaint # given to me was [protected]. I had waited till end of 05/May/2008 (monday) as the previous day being sunday was a holiday for the service sector. From that time onwards I had made atleast 15 phone calls to the helpdesk & also the service person (whose number was given to me by helpdesk folk - [protected] - which is of Mr.Balakrishnan - and the complaint escalation number was referred as 8i[protected])for getting this issue addressed. Today its 08/May/2008 (thursday) and so far the issue is still not been attended at all. I dont think this is the right way of attending a service call for a customer from a "so called" reputed organisation like Videocon. I will never make a mistake of going for purchasing any item from the product range of videocon as this is my first and last experience of such a bad after-sale servicing.

Videocon Split Dual A. C. — compressor taken for more than 45 days

i have purchased dual split 1.5 ton videocon a.c. from prakash electricals moradabad. it made several time minor problems which been takecare by shop engineear & company enginear.

Colour TV - Videocon Bazoomba — Negligence in attending the register complaint

My name is Vinayak Mane. I stay at parel village, Mumbai-400012. My tv of above mentioned brand started malfunctioning since july. Problem is it is not getting started when on. It almost takes minimum of 20 minutes to start when switched on. I registered a complaint on the number 39404040. The technitian attainded the complaint and detected the problem on the 1st of August and also told that he will get the crystal part to be replaced next day.We paid the service charge and we have the receipt also. But later, even after repeated reminders, no person turned up from the company and left the problem unsolved till date. We are not getting the anticipated cooperation from the company. Thus proving that company's after sale service is very poor.

Vijay Sales & Videocon — Poor Service

I had bought a new videocon 350L refridgerator some 4-5 months back from Vijay Sales, Charni Road Branch Mumbai. From day one the service of Vijay Sales has been extremely poor. They had committed to deliver the product within 3 - 4 working days, the product was delivered within 2 weeks after rigourous follows ups. The first month it functioned smoothly, latter we started facing Defrost Problems due to which there was ample water leakages. After complaints, Service Engineer visited and fixed up something and it started running smoothly. the same problem occured twice within a gap of 15 days, the final fault was with the Gasket. New Fridge and new Gasket, but instead of replacing, the service engineer fixed it using an adhesive. Last week my Fridge has gone completely dead, follow up calls and personal visits have been made. the Service Engineer is yet to visit. Finally Vijay Sales guys have transfered the onus on Videocon and have washed off from their responsibility.

Videocon is equally responsible for Poor service and poor quality of products. After paying an handsome amount you get poor service and worst product quality.

It was deliver to my residence on 1st Dec and installed on 2nd. The airconditional supplied was defective, It's blower fan not working. I failed to understand why a defective piece has been supplied ? Now I am struggling to get their technical guy to rectify it.

Videocon Appliances — New Refrigerator not working within two months after purchase

I had bought Videocon D240 double door refrigerator from MALLIAKA APPLIANCES, MIRA ROAD on March 21 2008. invoice No.MRD/SN 1340. My refrigerator had not been cooling all of a sudden several times since June 2008. I had complained at their service centre repeatedly since then.Every time the service engineer would come and say its just a small electrical problem and would repair and go and then it would function for few days and again the same problem. Now since past few days again the same problem has arisen and I am sitting at home from work since December 10, 2008 to make calls about the problem at the service centre and attending the persons to correct the problem.
The problem still persists as on December 16, 2008.I have been sold a defective refrigerator.

I am totally agree with you as the same is happening with me rightnow.
I have purchased videocon 500 litre fridge blue and siver colour and i also got the same in damaged condition.
it's noise is horrible and tamprature button was damaged and handle is also in broken condition and customer care is not repling satisfactory and denied to exchange the product.

Videocon - Fridge — new purchase-not coolingworking from day one

What is happening to videocon. Are they selling whole lots defective through snehanjali showroom kandivalli east. My earlier fridge was not effectively cooling so i wanted an immediate replacement.I purchased on 4-4-2009 a double door videoconD -245 model frm snehanjali shop at kandivalli east mumbai. The fridge was delivered at 5-30 pm next dayon 5-4 -2009. For 4 hours i kept it on but there was no cooling. i immediately again contacted snehanjali who said they would send their man next day morning. On 6-4-2009 their personnel confirmed it was defective and promised to deliver another fridge. Same day evening v late at 9 pm a new fridge was again delivered. But after 3-4 hours of functioning this is also not cooling. i have again contacted snehanjali, where one Mr sanjay has told me tht they would look into matter. I dont know how much time it will take to get a working new fridge. As it is to contact snehanjali on their phone nos-[protected] is a real pain as the phone is either engaged or thy dont pickup, even after picking up their is no responsible person to contact. The response of snehanjali is v v slow, insensitive and trying to pass buck, when thy have already got money now thy hardly bother. For last 4 days i am without fridge in this hot climate and have lost about 2000 rs worth medicines and eatables tht reqd freezer. Through this column i hope future buyers will be careful and take adequate steps so tht they do not undergo this trauma and running around after having paid up thru their hard earned money.

1. 5 Ton Videocon A. C. — Most rude and insincere customer service

I purchased a Videocon 1.5 ton A.C in May, 2008 from Next. The A.C. wasn't functioning properly. When I called in Videocon, they said it was due to a faulty stabilizer which was purchased along with the A.C.

I reported this to the store as both were under warranty, there was no reply from their end for a month. When I visited the store I filed a complaint and the manager told me it will be replaced within a day. I called them repeatedly for the next 6 days only to hear that there was no service engineer. When I was furious at this I said the manager, "You have lost a customer." The manager was rude enough to reply, "Ok, sir." and drop the call.

The service engineer who came in wasn't well equiped to fix the equipment and demanded Rs.100 as visiting fees. When I stated that I'll pay only after the equipment is properly set, he started arguing. Quite expected for a service person under a rude manager!!!


So, if you want good sales and after sales service, DO AVOID NEXT ELECTRONICS..or be doomed as a customer!!

Reliance Digital Videocon TV — Wrong commitments

I have booked a 29" inch flat videocon TV on 28th april 2009 from reliance digital and they comitted me that they will deliver it on 30th april 2009.When I saw that they did not turn up on that day, I called up them in the evening to know the status .They had a number of reasons to convincing me that they will definitely get it on the next day. But they not only failed to get it on the next day but they did not have that stock anymore to deliver it at a different time. The option they have put is to go for another TV and what we could do the maximum is to cancel it and get the amount back .I did that and I request everyone don't beleive reliance digital anymore. This is to bring to your kind notice that five videocon window air conditioners, one split air conditioner, one Electrolux refrigerator, three SONY LCD and one fully automatic washing machine was purchased from your store way back in November. But it was totally inefficient on you part when the split was not installed for a month.

Finally a complaint was sent from my end to take back all the electronics .It was only after doing so Mr. Mohit, Mr. Narender and Mr. Ashutosh came along with service department people several times to satisfy me, finally on perusing so much from your end specially by Mr. Mohit‘s personal assurance I agreed to keep the goods and I am regretting my decision.

I am really sorry to inform you that your service team is technically not sound .The split air conditioner installed was not up to our satisfaction as there was some technical problem which could not be detected by your service people for a long time .The window air conditioner gives out a rattling noise every time it gets automatic. Simultaneously the refrigerator stopped functioning .complained was lodged eight days back and after eight days I have been told that there is choking in the system and these eight days they were just killing my time and doing nothing on 22/0509 they have forwarded the complain to m/s Electrolux vide complain no. 3UR[protected] as informed by your person.Usually i stay there for three days in a month but since my son has his school vaaons so Iam staying there till the school reopens .Its very difficult to live with problematic things .

I would like to you to Pl ease replace the refrigerator with the new one immediately

Also give us performance test for the machines dry bulb as well as wet so that I should not be looking for other options

I'm Nitesh Behl, I purchased the Videocon DVD from Indiatimes on 25/05/09. Since 1st day the DVD was not working properly. I already complaint your Customer care 3 times, and i got the same reply always that your enginer will contact me in 24 hours time. your customer care provide me one direct contact of Mr. Ramit which is the head of some department and when i contacted on that #[protected] I got that was wronge number. However today I had a word with one of your executive Mr. Rehman he is not ready to provide me the supervisor name and that so ridculous.
Now yesterday I had a word with their seniors Mr. Arun, he assured me that some engenier will goin to contact me in couple of hours but I didn't got any call from them.

They are even not ready to transfer the line to the higher authority. Please i want to take some searious action against Videocon Ltd.

I bought a Videocon washing machine from "Kohinoor electronics" about 1.5 yrs ago. In this 1.5 yrs I have faced problems about 10 times which is very frustating and to add to it each time i had to barge through the dealer to get it put in place as the rsponse was absolutely poor. This is really shamefully to see such a esteemed brand of dealer rspond in a irresponsible and unprofessional manner. I bought a videocon TV from RAWAL RADIO WORKS, Sadar Bazar SIROHI. It is IS 22 MODAL.Now it is 3+1 year warranty period. I have facing a colour patch problem since starting . Videocon Jumbo TV — Not working and poor response from service center

We bought Videcon Jumbo TV 10 months back and it stopped working within 10 months. We registered a complaint. The service person cam home and spoiled TV even more. They took the TV to theier service center ans partially rectified.
But as soon as TV is brought home, we saw that the problem still persists. Within 3 days it stopped working comletely.
Hopeless service from Videocon. And TV is also not upto the mark.
I suggest people who go for videocon items to think twice before making any decision.

no isDEh[protected] after complain few day later one Ser/Eng mr sharma came my house cheeked refrigerator asked me tomorrow i will repair it. but no one come tilldate mid time i callroorkee service area manager mr sudhir sharma but he not get proper response. my probelam is same now a days
