    I have Videocon washing machine model no. V-NA-50HF (S.no.-087). Its has door locking problem. Please arrange/send some technicians or engineers with proper door lock. This problem had been for 14 months. This area neither has any technician nor proper parts available. So take a note of this.

    Sir,

    My Videocon automatic washing machine model no:- V-NA-45FD X. gave very good service for many years. Now it is not starting since[protected] . Yours service engineer told start/stop switch looks to be faulty. No spare one is available. Since than the position remains the same.

    No service engineer attended

    Will my washing machine can be repaired by your engineers? Say Yes or no

        SUB:-POOR AND LACHES AC SERVICE

        Sir,

        It is an intimation towards you that I had purchased a Air Conditioner of your Branded company Model No VSM-7033B I D SL NO. [protected] dated 13-06-09,lodged complain for FIRST DRY SERVICE logging No.KL 59903003 dated 03-09-09 and a technician named Sourav Chakroborty attend for Dry Service from 120 N.S. AVENUE,MAYFAIR PLAZA SERAMPORE HOOGHLY W.B PH[protected]/[protected]/[protected] dated 08-09-09.

        After Dry service when technician (Sourav Chakroborty)on 08-09-09 turned back to his office from that very moment then switched on of remote,the Air Conditioner turns automatically TURBO FUNCTIONS.Its the lack of experience of a technician to engage for this work.

        Thereafter lodged complained dated 18-09-09 No.KL59918006 and dated 07-10-09 No.KL 59A07003 but both technicians are failed to rectify that matter and the Customer care persons are clerk/puppet they have no urge to knock higher officials for better service or rectify The Air Conditioner Mechanism.

        In this event still to day there is not any response to rectify that matter from Videocon Industries.

          Dear Sir,

          We have a fully automatic washing machine model, VA NA 811. For the last one week, we have a problem as it is not working.

          We requested for a servcie thro Help Line[protected] on 29th Oct 09. Same was acknoledged vide ref no KLB 9A 29012.

          As because, washing machine is part of daily chorus, one can not manage without it, we kept following up with & the service provide S.A.M. Appliances, 83 Linton Street, Kolkata 14 but things are not moving.

          In between one machanic came but did not attend the complain as we could not provide him space to park his motor bike, though there was sufficinet secured space adjacent to our gate but the man wanted entry to our flat only.

          We kept calling and getting advise to contact this no, this no.....

          We again requested M/s SAM Applicances to do some thing as we were desperate. This was acknowledged vide ref no KLB 9B 02064 but so far nothing has happened.

          We would like to know what is the future on our equipment and we calls the shot at Videocon ? If mechanics behave this way, days are not far off when you find your customers going away.

          Just to update, I am also in marketing and feel very pitty for you'll all as this is never expecetd from one reputed compnay in todays time.

            I Have Purchased Videocon Window Air Conditioner Model No. VAW 1822 vide Serial No.[protected] on 01.08.2009 from shop name "Freezing Point" from Mahim, Mumbai 400016. Till date this AC has has got repaired for Motor Burning, Some Big sound coming of compessor, and Some other Problem because company people tell everytime some other problem and takes machine at workshop for repairing for two days and bring back.

            I have asked them to change this defective Machine with New One but Videocon people ask to contach Shop "Freezing Point" from where you have purchased and Shop people ask to contact Videocon, But till date no body is ready to replace this Defective Machine with New One.

            Please look Into the matter and Oblige.

              Three weeks before i have purchased one fully automatic washing machine.
              The very next day of installation by the service person, we noticed water was leaking from the bottom of the machine. I called up the dealer and he made complaint to the company. Now two weeks elapsed and no response.

              The equipment was delivered without the rat mesh as indicated. When the service person came I brought this matter to his attention and he said he'll take it up to the company. So far nothing happend.

                I applied for my PF settlement to Videocon in Feb. 2009. My last working day @ Videocon was 31st May 2008.

                Company has fwded the documents to PF dept, Bandra, Mumbai.

                I have got an acknowledgement & it was submitted on *th April 2009.

                Tiull today i have not recieved my PF claim.

                Meanwhile I visited your Bandra office, there I came to know, that oits in process. & was showing submission in july 2009.

                I hereby request your goodselves, to look into the matter.

                  have purchased the LCD on 12.02.09 and refrigerator on 27.02.09 but till starting there was a sound problem in LCD and i wrote the complaint many times but there is no solution.
                  the executive told me that your LCD will be replaced and after 9 months the LCD has been replaced on 17.10.09 (after so much efforts).But the problem is Videocon has sent me the lowest model, iam regularly contact with service centre and yours employee (Mr Naveen Vashistha & Mr Prakar)but i cant find satisfy answer and my 10000/-Rs has been dumped by the videocon.From starting i am suffered with your bad product which i was purchased wrongly & videocon made me mentally haresment/disturbed.
                  Videocon service or products is not good and i was wrong to decide to buy the videocon products .Iam very much dissatisfy with your products.

                  I am waiting & hope there is a solution from your side & Pls do the needful ASAP

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I purchased this VIDEOCON SPLIT ECO CHILL-1.5 TON about one and half month back, on the first day it worked well for few hours, after some time it showed F8 on the display screen and turned off, did try with remote all the functions but did not start. Next day I tried again, started and after few hours again turned off showing F8 function. The show was running for 4-5 days and it never started again.
                    Now regairding complain/service centre, through Ahmedabad/Bilimora/vapi, despite of chasing this matter so many times the problem still not resolved. They attend the product after few calls at home average about 7-10 days, the problem still there, they give different excuses at every visit and promise to sort out the problems in two day every phone call.

                    MY COMPLAIN NO IS - " S-168".

                    After purchasing this product we have hardly used for four days, I reallised auto cut off function was also not working properly, and by using just four days at night the electriciy bill went bup by 25%

                    Dear sir, I am NRE, Even after one and half month of this complain, I do have some hope in this country, there would be someone who will pay attention on consumer.

                    The reason behind people's faith in GOD, in this country is the GOD runs the show. We will definately become superpower in few years.

                    VIDEOCON SPLIT AC — A NO WORKING

                    dear sir,

                    i have purchased a videocon split AC from S G Services, kanpur vide bill no. 03 dt. 02.04.2009.

                    from last 01 year i have been lodging complaint ( 1st complaint no. is LUV[protected] which is yet to be resolved.

                    Inspite of several follow up, local ASC used to send unqualified, unskilled person who used to make temporary arrangement and always promised to come with the spare parts.

                    but never came with the spares.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had purchased a Videocon Color TV in Dec 2007. It was working fine. Suddenly, the TV was dead ( No Picture/No Sound. ) I called up M/S Parakh Enterprises, Nasik, Maharashtra as I had bought this TV from them. The person told me that I need to complain on the Videocon Call Centre. I took number ([protected]) and placed a complaint call on 25/10/2009. Complaint ref no : [protected]. I was told that the Service enginner will visit in 24 hours. However, till today no one has visited my place. I have called 5 tmes to this Service centre. Every time they say that some person will visit but no one is turning up....

                      I spoke to Mr Chetan (Team Leader ) yesterday on this call centre..

                      It has been indeed a pathetic service.. No one is visiting to see the problem niether they are letting me to take the TV to them... 5 days have passed now. It has took so long .... VERY POOR service quality..

                      Hope Some one will at least address this problem...

                      Not recommending anyone atleast to buy this product

                      Videocon Colour TV — very bad condition

                      Replacement of TV
                      I have purchased a new TV of Videocon in March 2010 but after 2-3 months the picture, sound, colour etc. of the TV is in bad condition. So i have made a complaint to the seller (Digital Vision, Nakhkhas, Chowk, Lucknow) but they did not give any reply. Then I call customer care then Videocon service providor has come and say that TV parts are exchange to another TV by the seller or other. Even though I have made so many follow ups but no body has bothered to take care off.

                      So please advise how file a case in consumer forum for such kind of Harashment to the seller. I also purchase whirlpool refrigerator, pedistic fan, videocon washing machine, desert coller and almirah in these items I think not confirmed that washing machine is in used condition only.

                        I am a very upset customer of Videocon and its services.



                        Gist of my complaint: I have a Videocon Fully Automatic Washing Machine. For the past 20 days it is not working. I have made numerous calls to your call centre, your showroom and n number of people to complaint regarding changing of some gear box which is required, but to no avail.



                        You will find all the details from the below number (when punched into your system) [protected] Nitin Kamble.



                        Today morning at 8.10am, I called on your helpline number and spoke to some TL called Zulfi, who after patiently hearing to my complaint, gave me an assurance that

                        Ø He will call me by 12 noon today after checking on my complaint with the Dealer

                        Ø He also told me that I have been given wrong commitment from the dealer that the gear box is not available, whereas it is available

                        Ø He told me that my problem will get resolved within 24 hours

                        Ø I also complained about your executives Sagar and your mechanical engineer called Rauf , to which he said he will look into the same.



                        It is beyond 3.30pm, and since I did not get a call from your ESTEEMED employee, I called up your BPO again. This time I spoke to Kiran, who

                        Ø Does not understand English so I had to converse in Hindi

                        Ø Could not understand my problem and inspite of giving my details, he could not understand the reason for my calling the BPO

                        Ø When I asked him to escalate the call to Zulfi, I was told he is not available. I wonder WHY?

                        Ø When I asked for second escalation, he told me that a lady called Swati is available and he will transfer my call to her.

                        Ø After keeping me on hold for 5 minutes, he tells me that SWATI is busy and cannot attend my call.

                        Ø It was at this time, that I warned him that if I do not get a call from Swati and if my problem does not get resolved within 15 minutes, I shall escalate the matter to the NODAL Officer. He was unperturbed as if “Go to hell and do what you want” kind of an attitude.



                        My question to the Nodal Officer is

                        1. Is the Gear Box Available

                        2. If yes, when will it get replaced for my washing machine.

                        3. What action will be taken against Sagar, Kiran, Swati, Zulfi, Vinish Unnathan for taking your customers for a royal ride

                        4. What action will be taken against Rauf.

                        5. WILL I GET A REVERT WITH A RESOLUTION TO MY SATISFACTION, UNLESS IT DOES NOT BOTHER VIDEOCON IF THEY LOSE A CUSTOMER.

                            Hi,

                            I have purchased 29inches Videocon TV in year 2007 and now during lightening it has got faulty. I registered the complaint to service centre then he visited me checked and told that Chasis Board need to be replaced, i asked him to replace it immediately . But till date there is no update of information from service centre.
                            When i again called at service centre customer care then he told that the complaint has been closed and make of tv was shown for 2009.
                            Also service centre guy told that new chasis board will cost Rs 4000/-.

                              I have purchased on 26/12/2007 one Videocon washing Machine from your retail outlet at Tripunithura in Ernakulam Dist

                              The machine has developed complaints from the very first month of purchase and has so far around eight breakdowns. In two cases the board had to be replaced.

                              All these have resulted in great difficulty to me. I have written to you earlier also in this regard.

                              Hence I request you to immediately arrange for replacement of the machine or refund the amount I have spent for purchase of the machine

                                  I have bought a videcon refegrator on 2001, The model name is S- 191 TT, But a few month back the fridge lock not working, i think the lock is broken, I have try to videocon service center but parts not in stock, the service center told me this model is closed by company. I am suffering a lot of problem,
                                  Kindly solve the problem at earliest. Because i am very disturb.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    The above machine is purchased from Kakinda(AP). After six months, it creates the problme. I have registerd so many times complaint in videocon and finally they replaced the pulsator. Again same problem came before 02 months. I have register compaint in Videocon customer care [protected] and given me the one request no RAJ[protected]. After waiting of 15 days, no positive reply. Again, i call in customer care and they told that earlier complaint was deleted and give me a new complaint no RAJ[protected]. Since this period I had called for similar complaint more than 12 times and still problem has not been resolved.

                                    According to earlier visit by his mechanic there is design problem of pulsator and needs to change for permanently solution.

                                    In this regard, lots of corrospodence has also been done with their customer care center but there is no result at all. Now, there is no option to come under your shelter.

                                    Please help.

                                    Model:VEDEOCON REF D 350 DX : SNO:[protected]/JAMINI PLAZA, KAKINADA-A.P

                                    One year back (29.08.09)we purchased the 350lt videocone refgerator, we have probleme with compressor the Engnieer said compressor has to be changed, withen one year we sent the refgerator, tothe Vidocone Service center they simply filling the gass and sending back this is the "third time"we facing the problem.do need full'

                                      I had purchased a Videocon Fridge in Delhi.I had high regards for this company being a indian mltinational. Initially there were some minor problems witht the door functioning but I tolerated, but now the compressor has stopped working and the dealer tells me to pay Rs.5000/- for replacing the same.
                                      This shop from where i had purchased the fridge use to deal with factory 2nd hand refrigerator of your brand.when we bought the refrigerator he didn'yt gave any bill for that as according to his words"you do not provide any bill for factory 2nd hand product". He is not ready to give duplicate bill as well, was very rude to me when i asked himto replace the compressor as according to your manual you give warrenty for 6 years.its been only 4 months i bought the fridge.
                                      Now i am sick and tired with his behaviourthat's the reason i thought to mail you the scenario which the retailor is creating for me.
                                      In todays competitive world is there a scope left for the manufacturers to treat the customers in this fashion????..I am really disapointed with the product as well as the services offered and wanted you to take an immidiate action for this as he is ruining the brand of your company.

                                      Hope the sales and serrvice personnel will read this and attend my complain at the earliest before the videocon brand loses it's presence in the market for making poor quality products.

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        This is Abhishek. I had purchased the praoduct online from videocon authorized website edigiworld.com. At that time I was intimated that the product will be shipped within 7 days but yet I have not received the product. There is no status regarding the shipment details of the product. I am regulary contacting the edigiworld customer but they are making several excuses. On edigiworld website, it is mentioned 100% on time delivery but it is all fake. Its a request to do necessary action for this fraud. Please help me to get me money back with compensation from videocon industries.
