Dear Sir,

I have purchase a colour Television of VIDEOCON Model 22NP on[protected] from NEXT showroom . After 2 monts,
1- Its remote controls looses automatically
2- Picture quality gets reduced and picture located in down side.
3-sound quality gets reduced.
4- there is Yellow colour shown in screen

I immediately Register a complaint In dehradun Customer care . Compaint number is - DEH[protected]
after that I have contacted local service centre for several times in every day .But they are not doing anything . They make excuses for their work . The excuse are

1- My vehicle has damaged .
2- Network connectivity was not available at that time.

My Television is Swtched off by 2 weeks but they are making excuses for their work. The Smart Care Name is PEMCO ELECTRICALS, RUDRAPUR and phone no is - [protected].

With this regrd I kindly request to look into the matter and cancel the authorisation of this type non resposible organisation.

    We regret to bring to your kind notice that, with a high expectation, reposed trust on yourcompany'sproduct and services made us regret to report you like this We feel sorry for that.On 2nd DEC'08 we bought washing machine of model no.V FA55 and after repeated request Shonovision show room Tenali technician have come on 6th DEC'08 and performed the demo formality for name sake and informed us company technicians from Vijayawada will come for the demo again .But nobody turn so far.NOw on 19thDEC'08 the water got struck off and little while after machine stopped .Immediately we reported to the showroom SonoVision Tenali, sofar no action has been taken.Please expediate the required action at your end to avoid further legal proceedings.
    sir my complaint towards service center they are not responding my machine since last 4 months. he will not return my machine always says that i will give you after 2 days. so very bad service. and whenever i call him he will not ans on my no

      Since may 2008 our tv has some minor probelm. we are contacting your authorised repair agent in chandigarh (SM SERVICE sector 40 chandigarh. they are not able to diognosis the defect but arbitrarily changed many components ( as they claim) They have charged Rs 2100 in three installments till date. they do not issue any receipt. During the entire period the problem has not been solved. I am calling them frequently. They promise to come, also visit after very long interval (after many number of calls). But
      END RESULT is
      Improvent in Tv service = Zero
      payment taken by them = Rs 2100
      Now they do not respond
      I am not able to see tv for the last 7 months

        Updation on the Progress :-

        Gas filling has done & no demonstrate through Thermo meter to check desire room temperature.
        dB level issue still it is open & you are silent on this part.
        Inner unit clamp issue not yet addressed & you are suppose to confirm the action on this part after checking with your HO
        Commissioning report signing to start the warranty period.

        Kindly revert me with action plan on this matter.

        Dear Mr Gurme

        I regret to inform you that, even after several follow-up & reminder [Today morning @ 09.55 am called on yr cell & didn't have bothered to lift the cell], still pending job mentioned in earlier mail [ dated 30.03.08] to be attended by your concern

        Yesterday as discussed & promised your team didn't turn up @ 5.00pm to attended the gas filling and unit to demonstrate the room temperature through thermo meter.

        Also please note that, inner unit holding lock confirmation is still awaited and need your commitment to rectify the same.

        Kindly ask your technician to demonstrate the dB level check of outer unit noise which is more then the expected noise in night hr & neighbors are complaining about noise.

        I am literally fedup with VIDEOCON Services & false commitments from your concern to serve the customer.

        This is really height of customer passion to test / punishment for trusting the Indian MNC brand to buy and VIDEOCON left the customer on their own live & die situation without any botheration to address the basis issues in one shot.

        In this juncture I would like to mention that, Videocon dealer [ Plugin. Pimpri] put their best effort to get the things done from VIDEOCON, But, they also meserablley failed to adress the customer needs without proper backup from VIDEOCON.

        I just wathing the progress / action & the kind of pain going through with me to deal with your concern. This is will bust one day?...

        I am still hopeing the action from Dealer / Videocon to address the issue within next 24 hrs of this mail.

        Dear Mr Gurme

        This has reference to your technician visit at residence today evening [ at 5.00 PMS]. The following points completed as on today.

        1. Outer unit fan replaced on 28th March 08 due to unit vibration noise

        2. Outer unit vibration nose stopped after providing the rubber bushes between unit & bracket stand. Now it is being under observation

        3. Room temperature not maintained due to some gas leakages at unit inlet valves predicted by your technician The reason being understand from technician that, outer unit installation disturbed / rectified during the placing of rubber bushes leads ferules joints may get disturbed. This point has to be attended by your concern to set right unit temperature by Monday i.e 31st March 08

        4. Unit inlet & out let valves joints sweating observation. This may be happening due to gas leakage which needs to be attended on priority.

        5. Inner unit locking : This point still open from last June 07 & not attended by your concern.

        Open Points as on today :

        1. Inner Unit holding lock to be provided.[ competed date 17th May 07]

        2. Gas refilling to be done to achieve desire cooling room temperature affect & demonstrate the performance of the unit. Ask your technician to bring temperature termo meter

        3. Noise level dB check with dB meter as recommended by concern

        4. Unit commissioning report signed by two party to commence the warrantee clock which will start effective from the day complete the said punch list jobs.

        Looking foreword your response & attend above listed punch points by 31st March 08.

        Pls go through the compliment, Still the unit is not working & again started the heavy noise with vibration.

        Chronological events as follows :-

        1. Purchase date o[censored]nit : 10th April 07 through your authorized dealer M/s PLUG-IN SALES LTD. PIMPRI, PUNE vide invoice no :N PP45 [ Sales Mgr Mr Jitender - Cell No : [protected] / landline 27420251]

        2.Unit Installed & commissioned on 17th April 07 & unit has not performed their after.

        3.Indore unit replaced due to fan noise dated 4th June 07 Vide Plugin DC No 00784.

        4. Outdoor unit changed due to heavy unit vibration around Sept end & further unit pump with fan got replaced end Oct 2007.

        5. Unit not run between Nov 2007 to Feb 2008 due to Winter season.

        6. Unit started first week of March 2008 & again force us to stop on 12.30 am 23rd March 2008.

        Now, I would finley request you to replace the unit with NEW one, which we can reliable to operate in this summer within next 24 Hrs of this complaints.

        Once again the A/c has started heavy noise. Hence unit has been stopped from tonight at 12.10 am on 23rd March 2008.

        Now, certainly i am fedup with this unit. Kindly replace this unit within next 24 Hrs from this complaints.

        This time i need Vidiocon - Customer support GM to address my problems with all my incidental expenses towards this unresolved compliment.

        I regret to inform you that the Videocon representative, not at all responding on my call registered & giving false commitment by Mr Deve & Mr Satish to attend the complaints. They have committed before last Friday i.e 18th Oct 07 to attend the problems on Monday i.e 22nd Dec 07 . But they never bothered to called me for not attending complaints call. Hence, request you to kindly forward me the GM [ Customer service support] Contact details with Email ID for taking up further on this matter.

        Kindly forward this mail to GM & keeping me in CC for further steps to resolve my complaints.

        Looking forward your support on this & if this is not going to resolve within next 5 working days shall put complaints in consumer court for replacing the unit with all my expenses incurred for this complaints.

        This has reference our discussion had with you on 19th May 07 at 6.00 pm. regarding above subject matter.

        Mr Deshmukh has visited my residence to check the installation & functioning of the unit. He has arrived with the conclusion on unit as follows :-

        1. At Outdoor installation fan needs to be change due to very high vibration.
        2. Piping to reconnected with using pipe bending machine to get the good profile of piping bend [ Present installation is very poor - pipe enrichment ] at entry of the wall as well machine done side
        3. Cooling is nil [ Ice crystallization started at section of inner unit filter side] due to leakage at behind of piping ferule on inner unit

        As disused & decided the fan to be replaced, new piping to be installed with proper clapping to arrest the vibration & re filling of gas to be done for the unit to perform.

        Request you to kindly put your team with required spares with tools & takels, ladder etc to attend the unit positively by 26th May 07 at 10.00 am sharp. Since i am on official tour for 5 days

        Kindly note that this time i will not bear damages charges at piping entry side [ Civil ] since 2 times i have already accommodate the expenses.

        All expense shall be born by you / Videocon to make this unit good at my satisfactory of performance.

        Request you to pls do visit my place along with Videocon service engineer to take final decision on 26th May 07. i[censored]nit is not performing after attending the repair / replacement work etc

        I am very disappointed with quality of services your agencies/ Company representative is providing even after repeated reminders by me to get the things corrected.'

        Inner unit improper installed by your installation team. Hence they tried their level best in 3 attempts. but it was put properly on 12th May 07 on 4th attempt.
        Installation team has broken our window glass for which you have agreed to pay us Rs 200 /- [ Yet to be received from your concern]
        Outer unit is vibrating & Noise level is too high - You have tried your level best to attend the completes. But result is Big " O"- Still the outer unit is vibrating & no response from your end to address this issue.

        I personally called Video con Service tech / eng - Mr Deshmukh - More promises & Commitment to visit my House since from last 10 days - Still he is coming from moon to attend our problems.
        I have tried my level best to accommodate / compromise my comfort with a pain to write this mail to your concern.
        I am taking up to day with Videocon customer care to resolve this issue.

        TODAYS PROGRESS UPDATION ON ABOVE SUBJECT MATTER :-

        Outer Unit Status :- Re commissioned the unit. Unit noise level is high. We had asked your team to produce the noise DB level to cross check the present level . Team has agreed to produce the same.
        Inner unit : Started water leakage from the bottom of the unit. Team has taken out the entire unit internals [ Post marten] & inspected to arrest the leakage. Still the unit could not arrest the water leakage. No POA from the team to conclude & team has left with assurance to make the things good.
        Now, Videocon Franchises [ Samarth services ] started blaming the dealer [ Plug-in] that the inner unit could not installed in proper manner & started fault finding within the team & find out the way to resolve the issue.
        No firm commitment has been done by any one the team member & left without any commissioning report producing with us.
        As instructed by team. unit started now and still the water is continually leaking from the unit.
        No effective cooling even after attending the half way done the work & only hope is given by them to satisfy the customer needs. I had asked team to demonstrate the cooling effect to take the room temp by Thermo meter. Team has assured the same to conduct the same in next visit.
        Window door glass still not replaced & present anchor bolts could not removed from the concrete slab. Hence the middle two window doors could not able to open. & hand marks on wall painting needs to be attended by your concern.
        No one has replayed the mail stating the acknowledge the receipt of my earlier mails & ONLY HOPE IS LEFT BY VIDEOCON TEAM TO ADDRESS MY NEEDS FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID FOR THE UNIT

        Dear Mr Santosh

        This has reference our discussion had with you on 19th May 07 at 6.00 pm. regarding above subject matter.

        Mr Deshmukh has visited my residence to check the installation & functioning of the unit. He has arrived with the conclusion on unit as follows :-

        1. At Outdoor installation fan needs to be change due to very high vibration.
        2. Piping to reconnected with using pipe bending machine to get the good profile of piping bend [ Present installation is very poor - pipe enrichment ] at entry of the wall as well machine done side
        3. Cooling is nil [ Ice crystallization started at section of inner unit filter side] due to leakage at behind of piping ferule on inner unit

        As disused & decided the fan to be replaced, new piping to be installed with proper clapping to arrest the vibration & re filling of gas to be done for the unit to perform.

        Request you to kindly put your team with required spares with tools & takels, ladder etc to attend the unit positively by 26th May 07 at 10.00 am sharp. Since i am on official tour for 5 days

        Kindly note that this time i will not bear damages charges at piping entry side [ Civil ] since 2 times i have already accommodate the expenses.

        All expense shall be born by you / Videocon to make this unit good at my satisfactory of performance.

        Request you to pls do visit my place along with Videocon service engineer to take final decision on 26th May 07. i[censored]nit is not performing after attending the repair / replacement work etc

        videocon1.5 tone airconditioner — Water dripping problem

        In this ac we are facing water drooping problems since we purchase and ac is running in warranty period but dealer cant give us a satisfactory result please give me a right guidance what shall i have to do with dealer?.

        Videocon window airconditioner — ever since the airconditioner was purchased on the 19th of April it has not been working properly.

        The airconditioner I mpurchased on the 19th of April 2008, has been giving me problem ever since I bought it.I have made inumerable complaints to the shop[ from where I purchased the ac, the mdel no being VAW- 1222.This ac is used only at night .It has never run properly ever since I bought it.The running ac just shuts off on its own and then it has to be switched on again.The ac was purchased from AMI Airconditioning, chakraverty building, road no.3, Contractors area, Bistupur, Jamshedpur-1, Jharkhand.Phone no:[protected], [protected].Whenever we have made a complaint they have come breifly and not been able to detect what the problem is.Then they say it might be because of the voltage fluctuations.They then connected a stabalizer.Inspite of that the problem still exists.I already have 2 other ac's in my house which function propery without a stabalizer.So I do not understand the logic about voltage fluctuations.This machine has not even run one full night without shutting down on its own.We are not getting a solution to this problem from the people we bought it from and that is why I am forced to make a complaint online.If the machine is faulty, it should be replaced .Please do look into the matter urgently as it is almost 2 months since I purchased the ac.

          i have purchase the videocon washing machine two years back since then three time machine parts has been replaced .this time one more part was replaced but still comlaint was persistant in spite of repeated request to service center no complaint has been looked off

          I have purchased washing machine from Bhubaneswar on 7.11.2005 with 5 years warrenty period. PC is not available and my washing machine is not working from last threee months. There is no reposne from service center or Local head office in 126 Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar.
          Can I get a replacement or repaire which is possible. But I am told this is not repaireble so pl take action for replacement.

          We are also facing same problem just like other customers. We have purchased DIGI Aqua full automatic washing machin in Jan 2010. In the same month our machin was not working we called to customer care they gave MR. AMOL KARALE'S Number & he is the person who is alway gave us commitment regarding repair but he only doesn't not aware about what was exact problem. And we are very very fed up about there services. & We had decided not to purchases any videocon products in future & also telling to our relatives & friends.

          Jan 2010 to till date our machin has not started.

            My name is prem tiwary. I am a combatant member of indian air force. I purchased a videocon Televison from the CSD Danapur patna in Mar 2006. They gave me three years extended warranty on the product.

            Very recently the televisions started giving problems in its operations. A part of the problem was repaired by the service center. When enquired about the woofers problem the service engineer turn up very late and now they have deposited the television.

            sir, being far away from my home due to service exigencies, i just can't go frequently and convey the same to them. My old age parents are also get disturbed a lot due to it.

            Then i convince my parents to send the television. Now after one week the service centre people are saying that they will charge for changing the woofer system.

            You are requested to kindly intervine so that they repair the TV without any extra charge as it is in the warranty period.

              The technician from Raipur (Chattisgarh) has come down after 2 month after complaining and said it has to be replaced which he will do it after Diwali i.e., Ocober 29th 2008. Till date no body attended despite of my regular follow ups . Every time he says he is bringing the replacement but nothing such happened. It is already 4 month over after first complaint.
              I bought almost all the products of Videocon namely TV, Fridge, Cooler, Washing Machine becasue of its quality and good service of yester years. But now a days they are also behaving like what BPL used to do in their hey days and now BPL is extinct.

                i was buy it from Reliance Hypermart limited jamnagar i was spoken to Reliance hypermart limited and viedocon Refrigerator service centre mr.Amit Refrigerator in jamnagar contact no. is (M) [protected] also I was spoke to Rajkot with mr.H J Sharma many times in last Three Month. but I am not getting proper responce. also mr.Amit told me that u can do cash on Company.

                  I have purchased a videocon X-lent DVD player from Saravana Stores from chennai. within 4 days of purchasing, it didn't work properly. I have done two times the service, once through the Saravana Stores and another through their authorised Service centre.                   Dear Sir,
                  This is to inform you that I purchased a DVD Player from Ghaziabad.It has one year warranty.But before the expiry of the guarantee period, the DVD went out of order, it started short circuits so i packed up and inform to dealer but he gave me Video Con Customer care no. Then after i did call to Customer care and registered the complaint.Not one time i did too many times. When i was again contact him then they replied that your complaints gets cencelled. This is a horrible news for me and unbelievable thing.So i just took nos of service centre which cancelled my complaints.Then after when i gave a call to service centre ghaziabad they using bad language against me also they said that we don't know & we are not in such fields. Still nobody has responded.I take my ear & knot one thing that i will not purchase any thing from VideoCon which doesn't have services.But in spite of my frequent complaints and request till now nobody has responded and i request you to look into the matter and get my problem solved as soon as possible.
                  I hope that my voices would be heard at your end, and I would not be forced to go to the Consumer Court, the last resort.

                    I have brought a TV from Unilet showroom, from Koramangala Bangalore on 15th Dec 2008. On 16th onwards, It stopped working. Initially some sound came and then never started again. We called their customer care no. and he gave me complain ID and said your complain will resolve in 24 hr. It's already 48 hrs and nobody has visited our place neither made any calls. The showroom is still not responding well.

                    One lesson never buy Videocon Appliances or consumer goods.

                    Vediocon only knows how to promote its brand (beating own drum) having no focus on quality and service.
                    I have purchased one Viedeocon 15" CTV Model No VAF15MOV-CFT on 28.6.09 from Sreema Electronics, 98/1E, Gopal Lal Thagore Road, Kolkata - 700 036. My complain is stated about receiving of all channels. I found only 10 - 12 channels instead of 90 channels.                       Videocon air conditioner service center is really responding badly to customer problems. We shifted to our new residence and asked the service center to fix the air conditioner in our new residence. They have charged us Rs.3500/- . They have not tested it after fixing. When we switched on the air conditioner the water is leaking in to our house.we have paid the entire amount.                       videocon airconditioner — taken total money but did not solve the problem

                      Respected sir,
                      I do not know why videocon air conditioner service center is not responding. We asked the service center to fix the air conditioner to our new residence. They have come and fixed it by charging 3500/-. When we switched on the air conditioner the water is leaking into our home. We repaetedly called the customer care center in Hyderabad, but they are not responding. So please kindly take action. We are facing lot of problem.

                      my A.C in not working properly and the room is not getting cooled at all. recently within warranty period only the remote was replaced as it is not working. but now again the screen of the remote is blackening and we cant able to see the mode and other adjustments. for this reason i asked the service person to come and see what the exact problem is. he said that by tommorrow evening your problem will be solved.
                      till now nobody attended and we are facing the inconvenience.

                        VIDEOCON SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER — IMPROPER RESPONSE TO THE REQUEST FOR SERVICE

                        Respected sir,
                        i bring to your notice about my split air conditioner. I purchased it on 16-11-06 at Universal electronics (door no 20-1-192, sai surya towers, Market centre, Ongole, Prakasam district . Andhra Pradesh)
                        it s capacity is 1.6ton with 4kva stabilizer (uni stab). Recently my ACgot strucked and i had complained the incident to the owner of the shop on 8-05-08 orally through phone contact. The owner responded that he would send the workers two days later. However he sent the service staff only after 6days that too after we have personally went and requested to send the staff. The staf opened and said that there is trouble in stabilizer and is to be changed. Even then it is not working. Hence they suggested that there is a fault in the internal coils of the air conditioner part ie fixed in the room and sent that compressor and all are fine. They told that you can procure them through the company as u have warranty. They left the house so that they will complain to company and would come with a fresh one . These thing s happened 10 days back and no response is there from the show room . The owner at the shop is not amicable while we are giving our complaint and is not responding positively. Hence i request that my request may be considered personally and send me the staff to make my Air conditioner to work properly. thanking you sir,

                        I have purchased two a/c's (split) of videocon, for which remote control for both not working. The timer doesnt work. after setting the time, a/c doesnt turn off automatically. also the display on remote remains continously on and it doesnt go off. My model no is VFS 53.                         No responce from Videocon Serivce Complaints: I’ve lodged a complaint on the 05th of April 2011 to attend the problem I’m facing with my videocon fridge. No one turned till date. However, every two days a new person calls and says he is coming to attend the call in 24 Hours. Today, when again a complaint registered, we were informed that the door is locked. Whereas my parents are staying at home.On this they again promised to attend the call with in 24Hours. Seems Videocon is fooling the people suppliying malfunctioning products.I’m not sure even after writing this to Indian Consumer Complaints fourm they will respond????

                          Machine not working

                          I have purchased Videocon Fully Automatic W/M model V-NA 911, during its warranty period the PCB is gone out of order and after complaint, they have replaced the PCB with old, repaired PCB and taken my new PCB. Since then it was started giving regularly problems. Now it has totally gone out of order. I want to replace the PCB with new one. When contacted to Videocon, Pune, they told it is not available.                             I request some person from your company to visit and service my machine. It was working fine, but of late the washing wash tub does not operate however i am able to use the drier effectively.

                              To, The Service Manager, Videocon Washing Machine; We have purchased a Videocon semi auto washing machine from M/s Prathamesh electronics, Thane-( Mumbai) on 19/05/2007.
                              model no : 6800 dlx. Within a month the machine started giving problems. Every time technician comes and tries to repair the same. But so far the problem is not solved. Till date we have lodged more than15 complaints. We request to replace the machine at the earliest. We are reporting the same to 'Cosumer Court' also.
                              I also have one Vedeocon fully automatic washing machine. I am also having some problems with it. I have complaint for many times to custmer care & I had also experienced the same. Technician comes and tries again and gain to repair it. But for last 5 months it is not in condition to be used. And the dealer in not agree to replace that pice.So just tell me what should I do with it?????

                                Subject : Complaint regarding conked Compressor

                                Respected Sir/s

                                I had purchased your Refrigerator 275DX S.No 700121 under exchange offer on 15/12/2006 from M/s SHIVANI ELECTRONICS, K-75, Kalkaji, New Delhi-19 after being convinced that it has a full warranty for 2 years instead of 1 year.

                                Now when abovesaid product started malfunctioning, I called up Customer Care and came to know that it does not have warranty left though it’s compressor is under 6 years warranty period.

                                An engineer came on 30th October, 08 from one of your service centres situated at 321-A, Ground Floor, Hari Nagar, Ashram, New Delhi and said that the compressor shall be replaced due to the malfunctioning.
                                Till this, I can understand everything but the next thing being said was that “I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GAS REFILLING” which is quiet impractical and undigestable as gas will be refilled due to the poor quality of your product and that too under warranty period. I called them up when the engineer left and talked to the manager/owner Mr. Subhash Choudhary Upadhyay and he repeated the same story.

                                I’ve read all the terms and conditions you have mentioned in your booklet and nowhere is mentioned this thing that we will have to pay for gas.

                                I sent a complaint on complaint.com on Sunday and now when no action is there, I’m again requesting you to do the needful in a proper manner as I’m bearing loss of my vegetables, milk and other grossary items due to non working of the refrigerator.

                                Sir, I never expected that such a reputed concern as that of yours will hold a non suspecting consumer like me to ransom by demanding high charges for no fault of his. The compressor has conked out due to poor workmanship and which has resulted in defects in other parts.

                                The company is morally as well as professionally bound to honour it’s commitments towards the consumers who repose their confidence in it’s products. We have always been believing that the components and equipments manufactured by Videocon are of world standard and that is why we had gone to purchase a Videocon Refrigerator by surrendering Kelvinator Leonard Refrigerator even though it was giving us a trouble free service.

                                I believe that your goodself will direct the delinquent officials to rectify the defect in the refrigerator and if not possible to replace the entire Refrigerator so that other consumers do not get dissuaded from purchasing Videocon Refrigerators believing that they are of poor quality. It is not only a loss to the reputation of a good company but also a matter of sadness for me who has all along been believing that the Videocon products are of world standard.

                                I’m enclosing the photocopy of the Bill for your kind perusal.

                                I HOPE I WILL NOT BE MADE TO SUFFER ANY MORE.

                                  We have purchase a Videocon double door fridge from next showroom, Mumbai on 25th June 2008. After 2nd day of purchase we found it was not cooling properly but we thought it might be taking time because it was new.
                                  Now we have shifted to Delhi & after 3months of purchase now the fridge is not at all cooling, regarding this we already had put in number of complaints with their service center.
                                  According to their people their was a problem in compressor which they opened and filled gas & all but again after a day it wasn't working. After calling them again several times another service engineer visited us and he gave us a technical explanation for the same to which we don't understand and he continued on saying it will be rectified after cleaning and fixing this problem. But entire exercise was of no use and wastage of time. As we till date have a fridge which in no working condition at all even though its under Warranty. And god knows what Videocon people will do next.

                                  It is too much mental tension for us as family & finally we requested Videocon people to replace the fridge with a new one. Because it is under warranty or immediately resolve the technical fault in our present fridge as our day to day activity & family life is affected with not having a workable fridge in the house.

                                  We request u to please help us in finding a solution for this problem.

                                  the vegetables kept in the fridge gets collected with full of water inside as if they are soaked in water for many hours. other semisolid items become very hard.
