Right my old phone number is registered in d2h now i want to change my register mobile number in your videocon d2h. Kindly change my mobile number and update new phone number. New phone number is - [protected] because of this i am unable to get the new plan for our tv channels we are unsatisfied with your channel pack because of my old phone number i am unable to change the pack.

I am a customer of Videocon d2h and id is[protected]. Since last 10 days i am facing channel problem. Customer care no always busy. But amount is deducted from my account. It is the worst thing that above company is doing for me.

Please resolve it urgently.

Sir, I have selected my channels on 30th of January as per ur guidelines but after 31 I m not able to see any channel.all channels are blank.no satisfactory service of customer care.call rarely connect n after connection no satisfactory response.

Videocon d2h no giving new package as per trai rules. Still showing old package at old rates. Trai is toothless. D2h not afraid of trai or government. Cust. service not giving any date.

    As per new norms i have given my preference to the call centre on 29th jan 19 from 1st feb19 onwards i need only cnbc awaz & zee business + rs.130/- package designed by trai & deposited the extra amount for the month of feb. But on 1st of feb 19 onwards they have stopped all my english news & entertainment ch & my packs validity was shown upto 10 th feb only instead of 2nd march 19. This they did it as per my previous package. I wrote to them so many time but result is siffer.

        Dear sir,
        D2h videocon are forcefully giving us all fta channel in 130 (& gst) and they said all fta channel are mandatory as per trai. There are 100 channels. They have made their website according to this to take 100 channels first. Which makes my channels pack more expensive. But as per the trai rule for customers only 25 doordarshan channels are mandatory. Pls help. Custumer i. D 81077886

          I have selected channel as per TRAI list, but D2h not offered bouquet of Zee Tv and TV 18 Networks. They stopped viewing of these channels. Then I lodged complain but no response. Also I sent request through TRAI specifying required channel list but no use. Their customer care no.[protected] is not at all connecting. On Sunday, all of sudden they stopped view of all channels except their home channels. Then again I sent request through channel 997 for which I received SMS related price offer but no response further. I got a call from their customer care where they says that channel 997 is not workable. I received 3 mails from them assuring of service but not actual solutions. Today morning also I forced to select SD channel bouquet since ZEE and TV 18 HD bucket is not at all showing in their list. I had paid subscription amount till 20th march which they keeps on extending and reducing channel views. I feel that I made a mistake for being customer of D2h.

            Dear Sir,
            My account no. Is[protected] . Unpaid 400 rupees recharge amount. I couldn't about to view the channels I selected it says insufficient balance. When I checked the current details, it says 299 rupees recharge amount but when I checked validity it says 9 march 2019. My 111 rupees is not accounted anywhere. I couldn't view the channels since 10 Feb 2019
            Their customer care number is always not reachable. I tried to reach them via website, it says 494 gateway not available. their app is also not working.

            Please help us in this regard.

              My customer ID is 22610442 since the new TRAIs rule i am unable to login into my account via website or mobile application hence no one is paying any heeds on my request made in customer service they have assured to review the same but all in vain please resolve my grievance at the earliest.
              I want to subscribe the channel to add in my id but i am unable to login in my account via website for last 7 day so many times I have called to the customer service but they have not done anything

                Following are my issues.
                (I) customer care number is not picked up by d2h customer care representative
                (Ii) web site not allowing to log in thru rmn email id or any other source for selecting pack
                (Iii) however, recharge facility is on for your business
                (Iv) mobile application d2h infinity is also not allowed customer to select the channel as incorrect credentials msg appears and error 504 timed out message appear.
                (V) i have complained thru mail and app consumer corner but no reply
                (Vi) how customer can select the pack if their is not communication by customer in reference to the above.
                Please call back to me on my rmn, if not replied suitably or communicated to me i will be compelled to bring the matter to the notice of trai or consumer forum thru litigation

                  App videocon indinity is not even working well. Can't even able to create an login account and opening page is not responding this app full of total useless. So i tried creating account in d2h webpage that is also not responding. I have trying this for 2 months but videocon management not even giving importance to support and web and app management. Quality is so poor. I think they have a proper set of team for this even after gaining profits all over india. Take necessary actions against this noobs.

                    I am a user of videocon d2h and my customer id is 91845238. I have not been able to login to my account since january 25th and select the channels per new trai rules. I raised a complaint on february 3rd, and the complaint number is[protected]. Now i am unable to reach their customer care number. The call keeps failing. I also raised a complaint on their twitter account twice and also sent a mail to their nodal officer. But till now there is no resolution and i am not able to login and choose my channels.

                      I am very unsatisfied by your service, i am facing this problem from the last 8 days, and i am trying to contact your customer care but the call is not connecting
                      And then i try to signup my account in d2h site but there i am facing a persisting problem of rtn, i used the same registration mobile no. For every recharge and customer service but at present, it's not accepted by your server.
                      Plz give me a fast reply

                          videocon d2h has closed important channels on its own

                          Videocon d2h has close most of the channels on its own and opened unwanted channels by their own wishes. We are trying to contact them by mail and phone no but they are not replying to our mails and all the customer care no are switched off.                           It is very painful & worst experience (Not supportive) customer care service +[protected]

                          Today sunday all channel off now and getting signal not available error.
                          Please support asap. I have already balance in my account.

                          My existing problems that i locked yesterday and not getting answers:
                          I have called voice customer care number of times & not getting reasonable solutions each time.
                          Also got wastage 3 to 4 hours since call was busy all the time & 2 of time customer care executive cut my call.

                          1) i have created my own pack near about 10 to 15 days ago. That time cost getting shown as above 475 but on site it is shown that with their recommend auto suggested pack fulfill my requirement with rs 388 with some more channels. So i have processed with that recommended package of 388 per month & submitted.
                          Also with that i seen on tv my end of subscription date as 11 or 13 march. But again after some days now it shows 27 feb as end of subscription. So i have called customer care.
                          = executive only said that your package value is now 455 but not able to answer why? And said you can change your package online.

                          2) site https://www.d2h.com/login.php shows error 504 gateway time out.

                          3) where i can see all my subscribed package channel list?
                          I can see that some of channels not shown right now.
                          I have not checked all but some are as follows. There might be some more. All must be on.
                          - sony six - sony yay - sony wah - dsorts - zee bollywood - news 18 lokmat etc.
                          Executive said only they have send command, but fail to answer me why that not started even after 10 min. They only told me that they have done their work and send command they will send the engineer for which i have to pay. Why i have to pay to engineer? They do not solve online so send engineer so why i have to pay to engineer?
                          Also told me that i have to go with all channels on my own from 1 to 1000 to see it is showing or not.

                          4) there are some channels that i have selected as single (With price 0/0.5) more above on selected bouquets
                          Aaj tak, abp majha, 2 channel of 9xo etc
                          But which adds 10 rupees each on my package value told executive but why not able to explain?
                          They told me that are a-la-carte because it was part of my old package. But i never added a-la-carte channels and old pack was golden sport pack with some add ons (D2h kids / marathi free) so how that added as a-la-carte?

                          5) so they have removed that channels on my suggestion & channels are now stop showing but my end of subscription date is same, why? Stopping is worked quickly but showing channel they could not solve.

                          6) next question can i add these channels on 0 or 0.5 rupees over selected bouquets list?

                          Please answer my questions and try to resolve asap because i am paying from last 10-15 days for channels that i could not see & executive said suppose to call engineer with paid service which not acceptable.

                          Please do the needful.

                                As per the direction by videocon d2h on 999 channels, I selected channels on 997 and msged the code to 566777.

                                I was suppose to get msg from them but still havent received. My customer id 616840.

                                I m just fedup with the kind of system these guys have made under TRIA. Also their cc no. is just busy..

                                Not sure what to do..
