Am trying to change my plan to mera wala plan . and i tried it a month before and an error message came saying your package is not migrated due to some technical error.please contact customer care. so i tried to contact the customer care with [protected]. but the call cannot reach this number. after 3 weeks surprisingly a customer care representative took my call and i explained them my problem and he said there is some technical issue . you have to try again.
then i tried again and again with that slow d2h site. i wasted my 1 and half hours trying and trying. after that i again called them and explained them and he told he will take a complaint and resolve it. after 3 days i thought my problem will have resolved. but no the problem still exists. i tried to call them again the ring is not going. now am thinking of moving to a good television operator. am not going to waste my hard earned money to these rubbish companies.
