Videocon Industries — complaint against service center | |||||
I purchased LED of Videocon TV 40" with (Three Years) warranty and (One Year) guarantee. On 12 November 2018 I found there is display was not working properly on my TV. I registered the complaint on 16 November 2018 via phone complaint and engineer visited and I have paid 950INR as a service charge. They advised that we do not have the parts, so they took my TV to their service center and after few days I got a call from the service center that they repaired my TV. After that delivery boy from the service center broke my TV during delivery. Now every time when I call to service center they don’t response us. I have called so many times to your service agent but till today there is no response from the company. As this product in under warranty so I have a right to get my product's fault repair, but unfortunately, I am unable to get the services. Now I am going to file PIL and raise a complaint against VIDEOCON for the same issue. I need my money back or TV (working condition) ASAP.
