I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 4 to 5 months, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions, smart card errors. I have to lodge complaints & it follows a mammoth follow-up. I have wasted my precious time in lodging complaints & they are just checking my patience.
Recently they have provided 28 days of service against 30 days of recharge. Also i have come across smart card errors several times, but they are avoiding to replace the same in warranty period. It's a loss to the common man like me. Already their packages are costly & if they are giving such a pathetic services then how can be tv viewing enjoyable?
As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min-1hr). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.
Nodal officer no's mentioned on their website are fake/not working.
Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their products. I want my money back for the investment done on their useless products.
I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h. Was this information helpful? |
