[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Customer care is unable to find request submitted for new connection via d2h site and also payment done
On Nov 9, 2021, I had applied to new connection using site "https://www.d2h.com/" and also had done payment for the connection.
On successful online transaction below is some of information displayed which was displayed on the website.

reference no. is #37498 and Installation request no.
Transaction status: The Payment Transaction was successful.
Order Id: HO-110921-RIL-37498
Transaction Amount: Rs. 1599.00
Issue: I did not receive any call from technical department of the company regarding installation.
When I called customer care, they are not able to make out anything from the transaction detail shared above. Customer care was asking to call on other customer care numbers.
I feel like cheated since have made online payment and have not received the connection.
Resolution expected: Provide the d2h connection alongwith antenna which was promised as part of online request or refund my money back.
d2h site do not have any way of tracking the online requests which is unexpected from such a well known company.
