Respected Authorities,
I am reaching out to you all with a hope that my issue with D2H will come to closure as I haven't not seen any hope getting it resolved by the folks who were trying it till now.
As per the trai regulation, I have yesterday selected my pack and submitted it however less I know that it will be beginning of my pain with your company.
All my channels stopped working expect for few channels. I have reached out to your customer care agents but the service I have got defines that your company need to improve a lot in understanding customer issues as those folks are just robots who say only one thing.
First time I called I was being told that it will get fixed in 5 hours and since then 24 hours have passed and same issue I am facing and every time I call they give me same time frame 5 hours. I don't know how to calculate the 5 hours. Is it every time I call your customer care time starts from that moment.
I have recorded some of your representative calls to make you understand what situation and services we as customer faces.
Also I hope that my complaint reaches to right folks and gets addressed soon. As it is total black out of channels.
I have again multiple times tries to update and select the package thinking it did not go through first time but every time result is same.
I am paying a lot for your service around 760 per month but type of service I am getting makes your customer feel that they are not needed by you.
