There are 2 issues
1. Customer care calls activate some Channel, you call repetitively for discontinuation, it will not happen & you simple keep on paying without using the services;
2. Issue of no Service, atleast every year & you end up paying 200 for the service visit, which takes 2-3 days, but the billing would continue
These both are definitely deficiency in service
Presently my system under "no service" since 15th April, unable to get connected to anyone due to Covid situation and standard mail reply coming without any resolutions, as limited staff is working, BUT Billing Meter is on Was this information helpful? |
