There was a problem with my d2h set top box. So i called d2h customer care and raised a complaint. I was told that there will be min service charge of rs 200 that i need to pay to the engineer.
Engineer visited my place and fixed the issue. I paid him rs 200. Later i found that rs 200 were also deducted from my d2h account towards service charges.
D2h does not have a clear policy how to receive the charges from customer.
I called d2h customer care and explained the issue. The representative assured me that he will file a complaint and charges will be reverted on my account.
Despite one hour gone i never received complaint number on my mobile.
So after 2 hours i called again and the representative now said that there's no record of the complaint at all. Which means the earlier representative never took down my complaint in the system.
I finally filed a new complaint and within 3 hours charges were reverted to my account.
The issue is double charging and fooling the customer that a compliant has been recorded by d2h. Was this information helpful? |
