I have been a regular customer of videocon d2h for the last 2 years.
Recently your office has issued new guidelines regarding using the channels.
Accordingly, i requested the customer care of videocon d2h in the month of january 2019 to apply the new package as per new guidelines of trai.in response, i received the reply that due to technical issue it is not possible from them to do anything and said that they will inform me on the issue.
I repeatedly called them to give me the package as per trai but to no avail.
Now the situation is that i am unable to watch any channel on tv except lok sabha & rajya sabha channels.
For the last 04 days i am continuously speaking to customer care but issue has not been resolved.
I even made my own package of channels from the tv active service as per their advice but could not send the message to operate the package. When i report it to customer care the answer was the same, “ technical issue”.
I wonder the new guidelines by ur office has just stopped me and my family from watching tv due to no action from vediocon d2h.
I request your honour to take stringent action against vediocon d2h for such pathetic response to ur well appreciated initiative.
